First time at this store. Many cute pieces, I guess targeting a very young clientele. I could not find anything I would wear, plus size wide they are seemed to be on the smaller side. Stopped in here while walking around Vail HQ and they have some really cute pieces. I was looking for a dress for a festival I was going to and found one that fit the theme perfectly. They had great prices and cute little accessories. The staff member working was the only one I saw in the store but she helped set me up with a dressing room. I found your shop very appealing when I walked by Marshall's so I stop by to see if I can get myself a cute birthday outfit. The store has very cute outfits but what put me off was the horrible service I received. I was the only one in the store and wasn't greeted by the staff. I picked out maybe 10 items that caught my eye and your employee Angelina helped in a dressing room the sizing was a bit off so I asked for a bigger size Angelina grabbed another size. Because I had so much items in the dressing room I wanted to hang up the clothes I didn't want outside but your rude staff member Angelina said "what else do you want are you done!" in a horrible manner. I was so caught off guard by her attitude I asked her why she was so rude. No response from her back, her co worker who later stated she was a manger said "she wasn't rude she was just wondering if you needed help" I was so upset I gathered my stuff and left. I called to get the owners information and where I could contact her and Emily stated she couldn't give that personal information out. I am really disappointed in the horrible customer service I received today shopping for a special occasion. I don't plan on going back. If you want to feel rushed and spoken down to by staff members this is definitely the place to go. I would love to speak with the owner about my experience. I still bought something because I needed something for my birthday but I regretted it after. read more

Mom and I stopped in because the shop was so cute and inviting. We had just eaten lunch across the way. Didn't know this existed! We were traveling back to the desert from San Diego. We were greeted right away! Service was good. Girls were friendly. They checked on me and made sure I was doing ok. I loved the selection of goods that they offered. Most of the clothing was on the youthful side. I'm in my 50s, but I found the cutest darn sweatshirt with cowboy embroidery all over it. I also found a great pull on skirt for the summer on the clearance rack. I signed up for points and got a free sticker for my first little reward. I can't wait to go back! read more

I want to comment that I am a regular at this store for over 3 years now. The young women that work here have always been polite and courteous. I know that when the store is busy, that they try their best to assist everyone. The other day, they had to close the store early due to a safety and security issue that involved an employee and inappropriate behavior from a male customer. The police were called to secure the store and assist the distraught employee. Mind you, there were other complaints of this male customer in the area. So please do not judge the employees and give bad ratings if you do not know what life-threatening situations are happening because you were simply told the store was closing early. Women's safety is a priority. Especially when this store donates to feminist causes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Beautiful clothing. Positive vibes. Friendly customer service and work ethic. Magical accessories. And an aesthetic that is pleasing to the eye and soul altogether. So please get information about why a store closes early before trying to ruin small local women-focused businesses. read more

I first found Nectar Clothing in the Orange Circle. It is a very cute clothing store, cute one-off items you might not find elsewhere and they are always on trend. I love the store aesthetic as well, super cute velvet couch and lots of cute jewelry and shoes. I popped in on a Sunday to browse around after having brunch with some friends in Temecula. Clothes are organized and the store is clean and items seem well stocked. Employees are friendly and they keep themselves busy while assisting customers. I ended up purchasing a super cute shirt and used their new revamped rewards system. If you sign up for rewards I believe every dollar you spend is 1 point and after 250 points you earn 10 dollars off a purchase. Super cool rewards system that not very many clothing stores have. The only issue I have is with the dresses, I notice a lot of the vendors they purchase from have these real cheap annoying zippers & the zipper pulls are the teardrop pulls that literally are impossible to use. I have had multiple dresses malfunction because of that so I have stopped purchasing dresses, and skirts from Nectar that have that type of zipper. The reason I bring this up is their policy across the board is No Returns, Exchange Only (within x amount of days). So keep an eye out on that! Other than that, super cute store! read more

I've been shopping here for YEARS! I have more clothes from Nectar than I care to admit. The employees through the years have ALWAYS been attentive and sweet and they always help me find what I need, including ordering my size from another Nectar location and sending it to my house. Now, suddenly my 12 year old daughters like to shop here as well! They have very unique items, jewelry, gorgeous bags, swimsuits, baskets, shoes, dresses and tops & bottoms you just can't find anywhere else! I absolutely love their loyalty program! I get $10 off almost every time I checkout!!! On top of all of that, Nectar is located in the most adorable shopping center in town, Vail HQ. It is the cutest little clothing shop in town, & I love it! At first, I went in there just to take a look at how the store is set up, and thinking it would be some middle-aged store for women just like other stores that I've seen going to tourist spots. But, it wasn't. This little boutique is in the same level as the boutique stores you see at downtown SD. Very simple, & yet, stylish. The pricing of the clothes, however, are a bit expensive. Overpriced. But there is a rack right when you walk in that are discounted clothes which is pretty good--50% off. Great location, I would say. Lots of parking too. My only concern was when I was greeted. I was greeted when I walked in, but as I was looking over the counter, this lady gave me a "look". Idk why, I guess bc I was wearing long sleeves, sweat pants and a cap. Finally, the lady came to me and ask me if I was doing okay. So I told her yes. She didn't seem like she asked the other ladies in the store the same question. Just me. Hmm. Be a little nice to your customers please, and greet them with respect. But other than that, I would come back here again and give it another chance. I saw dresses that I like that I could take to my trip at the end of the year. read more

I don't like their purses, the leather looks cheap and flimsy -1 star for their customer service today: Valerie was the only employee there, my son spilled his drink all over and hey accidents happen, don't act like you've never dropped a drink, anyways she made me clean up his mess, in any retail business you don't make your customer clean up a mess, i would never make my customer do that, not to mention I could tell she looked annoyed, get over it Valerie and she also wasn't very friendly. Super cute clothing boutique in Temecula. I have been in over 5 times here with my daughter and alone before writing this review. What you will find here: Lots of Rompers, pant suits, short summer dresses and 1/2 tops. If you take your time you may find a longer shirt or dress. Pros: If your under 20 you will find a ton of cute stuff here! Cons: Staff is preoccupied with talking, texting or shuffling clothes around to help. I've asked for help putting outfits together several times and no luck. However, the girls have time to stand behind the counter and gossip. It's inventory is primarily focused to a younger person who has no dress code. I find a ton of cute things in here, grab them, pull it out and BAM- it's a crop top! Darn! That doesn't work for me or my 16year old. Pricing seems fair for someone like myself in their 40's. But I know most younger girls couldn't afford some of the things. However I do feel they have a good mix of pricing for all ranges. read more

I absolutely love the clothes from this store! I have so many pieces from them & I usually shop at the Nectar in Laguna since I live there. I visited this store on Saturday with my sister & the staff was so unbelievably rude. No one bothered to greet us, we were given dirty looks from the second we walked in & we waited at the register for 10 minutes waiting for an employee to ring us up while the two employees who were working at the time were busy gossiping to one another. Once we were finally checking out the employee had a constant bad attitude & even rolled her eyes at my sister when she said something about how cute the rings near the register were. I understand hiring staff that is "trendy" & "well-dressed" helps to represent your brand, but I highly recommend hiring employees that have a kind personality as well. read more

I would suggest adding some Versatel clothing that moms would be interested in or normal body shapes. Also, food for thought: your store is tucked away and when someone walks in (I've been in 3x) concentrate on customer service and greeting people. I was only greeted 1 time. Super disappointed in the quality of clothing! I spent 40 bucks on an orange romper and wore it one time and then washed it. I let it air dry specifically so the dryer wouldn't shrink it, but when it was done drying on the hanger I saw that it was completely shrunk! It looks awful now and I'm so disappointed that a piece that expensive is so cheaply made! Super bummed :( afraid to wash anything else I bought from there now. read more

I was so excited to finally have time to take my daughter shopping here. I was recommended by a friend. And when we drove up it was really cute. Let me explain why I'm giving it one star. We walked in and had 3 employees look at us not one greeted us. We were the only ones in the store shopping. It felt so uncomfortable even trying to look at stuff the prices are a little outrageous which I wouldn't mind paying since the boutique is cute and the clothes are adorable. But the customer service sucked so bad. Finally when we had items in our hand one of the employees welcomed us and asked us if we wanted a dressing room. I almost wanted my daughter to not find anything to not give any of my money to them. I will NEVER go back. I usually enjoy shopping here bc it's such a calm and nice environment however after my most recent visit I believe the customer service could've been kicked up a notch. The clothing here used to be cute, now it seems it's geared towards teenie-boppers instead of grown women. Besides that, my mom and I came in to return some Christmas gifts we received that didn't work out. Apparently one of the items my mom received was final sale (which I totally get), but the girl was completely rude and passé about it. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience, or even explain why that was the case. She just said "this is final sale" and stared at us like we were stupid. In addition, nobody asked what we were looking for or if we needed any help. Not once. We walked around this place for literally almost two hours, trying to find something that wasn't a midriff-baring skater dress (it's the middle of winter y'all!) or a dumpy sweater, never hearing "is there anything I can help you find today?" or "if your looking for more _____, there's a few other styles over here!". Nothin. We probably won't be coming here much anymore- the customer service is truly terrible (the girls all seem to be sooo bothered and bored just to be there) and the styles are just not great for the prices they're asking. Marshall's is just a short walk away, ladies! And dear management, please raise the bar as far as your potential employees go.
