We only stayed here one night but had a great experience. Clean grounds, easy access checking in Sunday after hours (via online). This is not a gated RV park. I was in the first spot adjacent to the road (10' away) so I felt a little exposed and had products in the bed of my truck. Well, no issues. It was quite with minimum road noise. The "neighbors" came over and invited us for drinks around their campfire. Everyone in the park waves when you pass by. Very inviting! We've stayed next door at the Arizona Oasis RV Resort (gated). River access & boat ramp. Tidy sites , whirlpool spa & pool , shower house and coin laundry ! All the amenities ,and a genuinely safe & friendly vibe, make this place a great place to relax ! There is also plenty of parking! They allow you to "ride in"(15mph)on your ATVs. TENT CAMPING ALLOWED. There is Plenty of grass or smooth pavement for recreation! They have their own "shallow" groundwater well ,allowing the park to have grass ,,,, so much nicer than dirt blowing everywhere ! They offer a fully fenced DOG PARK, a kids playground and a clubhouse. The clubhouse has a cooking area,board games&library,comfortable seating,with card tables&a pool table. The shower house has great water pressure, the whirlpool spa is hot with strong jets, the coin laundry is s fair price and in good repair . All the public areas are kept very clean.StAff ,,, All care , obviously. The rates here are more than reasonable for weekly or monthly, overnight is a bit more costly. Had such a blast this memorial weekend. My friends come here a lot and have their trailer parked at this RV lot and bring their boat so we rented a trailer for the weekend to join. Great prices and just a cleanly place. The people here are super nice. The only bummer was when the power went out but hey things happen and the staff went to search for the problem asap. Not their fault it is was the entire area. I would reccomend friends and families to stay at this RV resort. They even had a dog park for our dogs to run around in and not have to worry about them getting in the way of vehicles. Playset for kids and a little beach area for those wanting to make camp for the day rather than boat out far. We will definitely be coming back. read more

I had a travel trailer and was traveling with my sister and her husband with their large 5th wheel. We were in spots 2 & 3, by the entrance, across from the office for 4 days and 3 nights. It was very clean and well maintained, level gravel lots overlooking the river behind us, where we would see ducks and fishermen. We remarked on how the maintenance person seemed to work around the clock...mowing, fixing, making improvements. I introduced myself to him and told him we were talking about how he seems to be working constantly. He introduced himself as Claude. He was proud of the new very clean bathhouse, and was working on a park/game area, with plans to build some cottages for rent. There are trails going around the park, into the woods, and along the river. There is a small beach area where you can put in a float or kayak or whatever if desired. The 5th wheel needed to be repaired. We found a great, inexpensive mobile RV repairman after others said they couldn't get to it for days and it would be an expensive repair. Randy, who owns Blue Ridge Mobile Repair in Marion, came over as soon as he finished the job he was on. He worked in the rain for several hours to make the repair, and charged under $200! Amazing! Our only complaint was that the internet did not work...it kept timing out. Otherwise, it was a perfect place for us while we visited the emerald mines. read more

This is our 3ed visit to River Breeze.. We booked a particular unit almost 3 mos ago after our last visit and when arriving this time to find we had been bumped and no one had the consideration to bother and call and they knew 3 days after we booked they were going to moved us because of another booking ... Upon arrival we were put in a cramped HOT smaller unit with a very firm bed.. The unit is a bit run down and needs some TLC..An since we had booked the other unit we of course came prepared for that unit.. We didn't bring a pad or a fan for the HOT bedroom... The stay was a bit cramped and HOT but mad the best out of it that week could.. We think our next visit in October will be at the Arizona Oasis.... Next time maybe next you be considered and you will call the customer about the change and give them the options to cancel rather then when they arrive unprepared and unhappy.... read more

This place was great for my Coronovirus vaca from my business in Vegas. Management and guests are all super friendly. The place is exceptionally maintained, it seems as though someone was always fixing or cleaning something. Rented A10 for two weeks instead of just one like planned. Even though it was 103-110 most days, the AC kept the place frosty. Bring your own linens and everything you need so you don't need to go anywhere except the river to stay cool or fish. read more

What a gem! A RV "Resort" that actually IS a resort. I turned down the wrong driveway (easy to do... WAIT for it. there are a whole bunch of dumpy RV places down that road) and thought I had made a big mistake, but went back out and further on... Oh YES. LOADS of green grass (104 degrees out, dog paws want grass) fantastic access to nice river edge swimming for you and your fur-baby, nice folks, nice sites (did I mention the GRASS), and well priced at $40.50 per night, even on a holiday. BIG grassy dog park with shade trees, too. Pretty fun looking playground for the kiddos. I did not make a reservation and scored the very last spot. Make a reservation! After hours, like me, they have a very good posting of sites with maps and a reservation check in. Very easy process. Pool looked great, Spa... notsomuch. But I didn't dock any stars cuz the rest was just so darned perfect I would have given it a 6! I'm making a point of stopping on my way home now. read more

Would love to leave a better review, but just cannot. The reason they get even 1 star is because of Nicole in the front office. She is 5 stars!! The rest of the visit was a disappointment. People just let their dogs bark and bark and bark and bark!!! I told the office about it, and no help at all! Drove me bat$#!+ crazy for over two weeks!! Also, the water faucets run (drip) constantly. This is a desert!! No water should be wasted. Again, I told the office about it and nothing was done. Neighbor in a park model had her grandkids (?) over and the little brats were messing with our water supply -- and turned it off while I was showering!! WTH!?!?!?! Control those kids! And keep them off other lots. We may be forced to come back because there aren't many options around here, but we will look long & hard to find someplace else. read more

Staff great. Park clean. Great location. Left 3 stars earlier and now need to update. But too many rowdy and ill mannered children running through campsite and leaving bicycles in walking paths. To say nothing of the dozens of desert vehicles and dirt bikes firing up at dawn. Parents need to teach the children some manners and have respect for all campers. So did not seem to be a five star. But ok if you like children running around end the sounds of 4 wheelers and dirt bikes from dawn to after dark. Update: Management took good care of ill mannered campers and the destructive and out of control children and barred then from coming back. I was treated well with respect. Kudos to the management and this really is a beautiful resort. Clean and well taken care of. read more

"Very Disappointed" Stayed here before and really liked. However, this time not so good. Hours for the office are lacking, especially on the weekend! I had a reservation & a site, not the issue. Arrived at 4:50 pm & office already closed. No map to the site...luckily I had a brochure from previous visit. Unable to get WiFi & the cable TV did not work at our site. Figured when I checked out in AM I could let them know but alas office closed on Sunday! I left a check for $42 for services I did not get, and I don't know if that price was with the GoodSam discount since I am a Lifetime member! I am sitting at an RV park in Bakersfield with great cable & WiFi that works and a gourmet restaurant onsite for $39. You do the math! Won't be back! WARNING!!!! They threw away my clothes!!! I accidentally left a bag of clothing and they did not bother to call me, but said their policy is to throw away anything left and NOT call to let you know! This had all my summer clothes in it and now with the stores closed for the virus, I can't replace any of them!!!! They threw them away the same day I left. So my family and I were looking for a summer spot to park our 5th wheel to enjoy the river for the summer on the boat. We looked at many parks in the area and decided we would try River Breeze. First thing I noticed was how clean the park was. Not only is the park clean the restrooms, pool area, and recreation room are all well kept and clean. Park staff is nice and helpful as well. The spots on the fence line seem to be the long term spots (which is what we have) and they have concrete for the rv or trailer which are very level. Seriously I didn't even have to try to level my trailer. The inner spots do not have concrete and have somewhat of a down slope towards the river so make sure to bring a level and some wood to put your jacks on. From the looks of it the entire park is clean and the residents are mindful of others. I have only visited one week so far this year but it was memorial weekend (probably busiest weekend of the year for the river). My family usually is in bed by 9:00pm and we were very surprised to have complete silence on such a busy weekend when we went to bed. I have been to other parks in the area and I believe this is probably the cleanest and friendliest park in that area. One of my favorite things about this park is there is a family dollar store within walking distance from the park so it makes little trips very easy when you run out of hot dog buns or something. Now with all that said there are some things I didn't like about the park but honestly are probably the reason why its so nice. Keep in mine I am still giving this park a 5 star rating regardless of the things I do not like. First thing is the park doesn't want vehicles on the grass so it becomes difficult when you have a boat because you have no where to put it other than in front of your spot on the concrete. Now with that said the spots are very wide so there is plenty of room for the boat and tow vehicle to fit there. By parking on the concrete it does make the park look a little cluttered. Also, the park allows ATV's to be driven around the park so there is typically an atv to watch out for when your driving to the ramp or something. I do understand this is actually a perk for those who ATV but I do not so its kinda an annoyance to me. The last thing I do not like about the park is that you must clean up your area when you leave every week so that the owner can mow the lawn. I've stayed at parks that allow you to leave stuff set up and its super nice to be able to get to your spot and not have to make camp every time. Now with that said I understand why they don't want that and its really how they keep the park so clean and kept up. I plan on staying in this park for 5 months and plan on returning next summer. If your looking for a nice quite clean relaxing park then this is the place for you. If your looking to party and be a drunken mess then there are many other parks where you will fit in so please do not ruin my summer. I have been told that management does kick people out when they get to rowdy which in my opinion is very nice. I plan on making a nice video of my experience at the park and will update my review once its completed. read more

I've stayed here 3 times in the past year, the first time I stayed in a Rv and everything was fine but the last two times I've camped in tents. We usually get there Friday and leave Monday. I've noticed when we get there Friday the restrooms are clean but my Sunday they are so dirty! This last time I went they were so dirty and the trash baskets full of trash and no toilet paper in the stalls so I approached the manager about it and he said that "no one works on Sundays" and that we would have to just "deal with it" that's great customer service!! Well since one works on Sunday then maybe they shouldn't charge then! They sure didn't hesitate to that! Charged 100 for 2 nights because we exceeded 6 guest! Won't be coming back here. read more

Nice little campground pool was closed so we couldn't enjoy it due to maintenance. Showers were nice large clean, area to park your vehicle is on grass so that's kind of nice. I would recommend this place again and I would stop here again for an overnighter. read more

Clean park nice river access. We had several families coming to the park for thanksgiving week. When we made reservation the owner said we were all going to be in the same area. That was not the case. We were scattered from on one end to the other. We will not be coming back to the park next year. Our group wanted to go back to river breeze. So we did also. Even though I said I wasn't going to. Again the park is nice and clean. The sites are large. But a year ago the manger said if I came back he would comp a couple of nights. But as before his word is no good. Apparently money is more important his word or his customers. read more

Awesome in the summer however, during the winter it's contracted workers and snowbird. Families with children feel very unwelcomed.

My family and friends love River Breeze, we have been coming here for the past 7 years in the summer time.we love it so much we have all our friends coming now too. It is a very well kept park with grass not gravel and cement roads nice and clean. It has a playground for the kids right by the river, the boat ramp is great and isn't steep the beach is great for kids to play not directly in the current.we have tried Arizona Oasis in the past (before it was called that) and didn't like it because of the gravel and the sites are smaller. Also at River Breeze what ever fits on either side of your site (if u have a pull through) can stay there for the duration of your stay you don't have to leave your truck and boat by the boat dock it's all right there. The pool and jacuzzi are great as well and always very clean. Over all river breeze is our go to place in the summer. read more

Very nice RV park in a less than desirable area. We rented three spaces and a park model for the long Thanksgiving weekend. The main attraction for us is River Breeze is an ATV friendly ride in/out park. Steve and John do a fantastic job of maintaining the park. Super clean restrooms/showers and a heated pool and spa. The RV spots are terrific - on grass which is unusual. We're used to Glamis sand. The sites are level and wide which was an added bonus. The park is right on the river for you boaters. The third night there, some of us experienced theft. I had two full 5 gallon gas cans stolen while others had tools and gas as well. And they stole my 2 year old nephew's push scooter. While the RV Park is super nice, the area immediately surrounding the area is a dump - which is a shame. Word of caution, lock your stuff up with chain. They cut cables to get to the tools. RB should upgrade their security to prevent scumbags from continuing to steal from their guests. Overall, it didn't ruin our trip however it does present an uncomfortable feeling knowing there are dirtbags wandering through your camp. read more

I have been staying here since September 2015 and I have also stayed at a couple others within 4 miles of this one and no other RV park even comes close to River Breeze as far as amenities, cleanliness, set up etc. My RV stays way cleaner here because they have lawn and concrete over the whole park. THeir boat launch is the best launch, BY FAR, of any I have used in the Blythe/ Arizona area. Keep up the good work. read more

Great Park.. Large spaces. We spent Christmas with our family here. We had a toy hauler and a couple of tents. When management saw the size of our group they moved us to a much roomier site close to the restroom so it was easier for the tenters. Staff is super nice and keep things in line. We spent Thanksgiving here as well and we were sad to learn that a bunch of rowdy kids trashed the park. We were happy to learn that the park has banned that group from returning. Nice to see a park who cares about all campers. We will definitely camp here again. Restrooms are clean and showers are large and tons of hot water. We love the close trails for riding.... Beware of Thieves- We planned on staying a month, based on reviews but got stuff stolen right out from under our 5th wheel on just the second night. Management took the attitude that "it wasn't the parks fault and too bad for our $350. loss." After talking to the Sheriff and to other RV'ers in the park I found that this was an ongoing, longtime problem. Others too had stuff stolen on the same night as us. As a retired RV park builder and manager I offered the on-site park manager a few easy improvements to help keep travelers safe but they fell on deaf ears. He said they didn't have the money and as far as nighttime security he got up, once in a while and took a walk at around 3 am. We reported hearing the thieves, driving away just after midnight but somehow he was unable to find them on the poor camera system. We left on the 5th day and did get a partial, paltry refund. Too bad they don't want to fix or even address the problem as the park itself offers nice river access, good access for atv use and the sites are nice. We definitely wont be back. We based our decision to stay here on the Good Sam rating system. Next time I'll use Yelp. read more
