Before even…read morebeing seen, I was asked to sign multiple financial and treatment-related forms, including agreements about non-covered procedures and payment responsibility if insurance did not pay. I was comfortable signing forms related to the consultation itself, but I did not feel comfortable signing agreements for treatment decisions and financial responsibility before I had even spoken with the doctor or agreed to any procedure. I politely explained this and asked to discuss those items after the consultation. Unfortunately, I was told I would not be seen unless all forms were signed in advance. The office staff were not kind or considerate of my request. The interaction left me feeling pressured and VERY uncomfortable. Patients should be able to ask questions and fully understand treatment recommendations and costs before being expected to sign broad financial agreements. I respect that offices have policies, but this experience was not the right fit for me, and I chose to seek care elsewhere. I do not recommend them.

I paid for nitrus but the nose piece was set on top of glasses like old Floridians wear and It was too far from my face to get any of it and no time was allowed for it to take affect if I did get any of it.. "Dr." proceeded to brutalized me for 45 minutes working past the time of the numbing agent til I screamed FU**K and only then did he re-numb the area with what felt like a ten penny spike. when finishing up he let it be known that he cracked the tooth. I have to say it was just like getting a cavity filling. No big deal at all. Dr. Gilliam talked me through it the whole way. Most importantly the pain is gone now and I feel fantastic. During one appt, Dr Shau was attempting to do three fillings on three different molars, top and bottom. Halfway through the process, she told me that they needed to be root canals instead of fillings BUT she just proceeded to do the fillings. and charged me $765. Here it is 5 years later and those molars are now having to be removed due to the fillings falling out and leaving my teeth weaker. Had she just done the root canals as she said it needed, I would still have those molars intact. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

After checking with both of my dental insurance companies, AES called to advise that I had to pay $200 out-of-pocket for ADDITIONAL X-Rays before they would even look in my mouth. This was just a consult, and the X-Rays provided were brand new and very clear! This is an obvious money grab, and they're clearly not interested in what's best for the patient overall outcomes. This is blatant corporate greed.

I went to get my teeth cleaned twice at this location. The first time I went in, the hygienist did…read morea fantastic job. Gave me a deep clean and spent nearly 45 min-1hr working on my teeth. Was very happy with the cleaning so I went back. The second time I went in to get my teeth cleaned, it was a newer hygienist and she was not prepared. Spent 10-15 min when I first sat down getting her things together. Then after the Dr checked me out, she spent MAYBE a total of 15 min cleaning my teeth. She had made a comment about how good my teeth look, and I think that therefore meant to her that she didn't need to spend time actually doing a deep clean. Which is absolutely not how that works. If I'm spending $300 out of pocket for you to clean my teeth, you'd better be looking in all the little nooks and crannies. I was in and out of that office in under an hour and was very upset at the cleaning I received. I tried to talk to the front desk about it but they were very uninterested and far from helpful. Basically gave me a, "Oh well. Pay us the $300." Will never return here.
