We had an issue last month, issues happen, what matters is how businesses respond. I was pleasantly surprised to get a visit by the owner, Darell, who came in and apologized for the problem and corrected it himself. He went above and beyond showed up to the next service day as promised to conduct training himself with the two new hires he had. All of the employees are hard working people but sometimes unless it's pointed out, things can be missed. I appreciate the quick response and the level of service Darell provided. It's nice to not have to worry about my pool & hot tub being clean and ready for us to use whenever we want to.

Khang quickly diagnosed both problems, repaired the shaft seal, corrected the wiring, and got my pump running perfectly. He didn't just fix the problem--he took the time to explain what went wrong, answered all of my questions, and gave me practical advice on maintaining my older pool. He pointed out that my 72-year-old fiberglass pool only has one return jet, explained why that affects circulation, and even showed me why he believes there's a partial clog in the plumbing. He also recommended products that would actually help instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need. He even told me to return the metal stain remover because he didn't think my stains were caused by metals, which I really appreciated. Khang was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and professional.
