Amazing. Unfortunately (& fortunately), my previous pool crew just wasn't good so I ended my contract with them. My main pool pump was making an annoying noise so I didn't turn it on, which caused my pool to reach swamp status real quick. I requested several quotes & this was the only business that responded with a clear & concise, full breakdown of information & options. They came to see the pool & put me at ease by telling me it wasn't that bad (a courtesy compliment probably LOL) & that they could get me back on track. A weird incident with the guy I'd used for years made me decide to find someone new. (He hosed out the filters in front of my house- leaving debris and gunk right outside my front door!) Andrew is extremely communicative, reliable, and knowledgeable! As it turns out, the filters were trashed! Seriously amazing! We started service and at our first meeting, he got to work! I've met with several pool services over the last 3 years and usually they come take a quick 2 minute look and leave. Andres really got into our pool equipment and thoroughly checked everything out AND immediately started fixing everything things.
