After having terrible service from several other pool service companies, I finally decided, on another person recommendation, to try N.O.S. Pool & Spa. Best decision I have ever made when it comes to pool service. Travis uses the highest quality chlorine tablets available and not the cheap Costco chlorine tabs. Our pool is always crystal clear and he includes scrubbing the walls each week to make sure nothing is going to grow or discolor the water. You won't find that service included with most other pool services. When I have needed repairs on the pump, he provided the repairs that I needed or suggested a reputable repairman who could do the work. His work ethics are beyond reproach and I highly recommend his services to anyone who has a pool in need of care at a reasonable cost. He's a great family man and truly cares for his family. I reached out to Ross and on the first call he covered all bases and showed up at the end of that very same day to take a look. With little ones running around it was a pretty sickening feeling thinking about the germs and microorganisms probably growing in there and thinking about draining and cleaning and the headache of getting the pool back to normal and safe for them to get in. Ross reassured us with a plan and got us scheduled for the very next day where Taras showed up and did the dang thing!! Within 48 hrs there was a huge difference, and every single day after there was a noticeable change in appearance. On one side it was gettin cleaner and cleaner of objects and gunk, on the other side the the tint of color change was happening. It wasn't until I went back and looked at pictures side by side where I saw that day over day switch from green to blue. Massive change! He didn't just fix the problem--he took the time to explain what went wrong, answered all of my questions, and gave me practical advice on maintaining my older pool. He pointed out that my 72-year-old fiberglass pool only has one return jet, explained why that affects circulation, and even showed me why he believes there's a partial clog in the plumbing. He also recommended products that would actually help instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need. He even told me to return the metal stain remover because he didn't think my stains were caused by metals, which I really appreciated. Khang was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and professional.
