Rich is meticulous and kept me informed with every detail. A very thorough mechanic. Luis, Heather and Will took care of it, during its stay, as I had to wait for a specific parts. Luis even named my bike and detailed it to the highest shine grade there is. The staff in back off house, in the detailing and wash bay are\nVery detailed oriented and do a fantastic job. My bike came home today. Lino was extremely accommodating and called me ahead of time.Making sure that the time suited my schedule. I was so happy to have my bike home. Lino made sure to unload it with care. What I noticed in particular was :- Lino was clean cut and groomed. He had a brief conversation with me , rather than just rushing off. The trailer was spotlessly clean both inside and out. My entire experience with Seminole Harley-Davidson was 5 stars. They refused to quote me over the phone, in turn I visited the store. When I asked to receive a quote, a salesperson informed me they do not provide quotes. Strange, so they said they could ring it up and give me an unofficial quote. This was provided by the manager who attempted to push me into purchasing the vehicle. When I told him I only wished to get the model priced out he did not accept my answer and tried pushing me into a fast purchase. He was exceedingly unprofessional and pushy. As soon as it was made clear I would not be purchasing that day, all service was lost. Finally, when asked if I could have the handwritten quote I was provided with I was told I could not take it home... Seriously? Overall I'm impressed. Impressed that there are enough people willing to spend their hard earned money at this location. I will not be returning.

3,200 some dollars later, 800.00+ in rental fees and my car clutch still does not shift right. I…read moretook the car back 4 times 1) when starting it would clunk-motor mounts not tightened 2) junk noises from underneath- left screwdriver in suspension. 3) clutch still not engaging/disengaging right 4) still not shifting right and the ESC light comes on by itself. My clutch would not always work just goes to the floor, won't go into gear, won't come out of gear. Steering wheel now not aligned with wheels. Took it to another mechanic he said that the clutch master cylinder had not been replaced and I paid for a new one. The new mechanic looked up the parts and found a clutch, flywheel and pressure plate set for $490.00 I was told from Wallace they were giving me a good deal and no markup because they were a thousand dollars each, the flywheel and the clutch. SO, they made over 1,500 in just those two parts alone. I was still paying for the car, had to pay off the loan trade it in as I DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THIS CAR. SO, in a matter of a couple weeks I paid the 3,200, 800.00 and then 2,500 to pay off the loan on top of the 4k as a down payment. I hope they had a good Christmas because I sure as heck did not. I used to trust this place 100% when Dad and Son ran it.********* I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE NOW. I DO NOT THINK ANY OF THE WALLACES DAD OR SON RUN THIS PLACE ANYMORE. It only took Dave half a morning to find my issue all why testing all my other EVAP parts including my gas tank. The repair was done quickly and I can't be happier. I had a great experience with this machine shop and would absolutely recommend them to anyone…read moreneeding engine machine work. They inspected two torn-down engines for me and helped me determine which one was worth rebuilding, saving me from putting money into a bad block. They hot tanked the block, cleaned the pistons, inspected and resized the rods, and honed the cylinders with a beautiful crosshatch finish. I also purchased a used crankshaft from them that they balanced and polished before installation. The quality of the work speaks for itself. The engine runs strong, holds excellent oil pressure, and has performed exactly as expected. Their pricing was fair, turnaround time was quick, and communication throughout the process was excellent. Jeremy personally worked on my engine, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain things along the way. It's hard to find knowledgeable people who genuinely care about doing the job right. If you need machine work done, this is a shop you can trust.
