I called before heading in and Hector immediately said "bring it in, travelers get priority". Now that is someone who understands his business and customer service. The owner BOOTZ is the most honest dependable mechanic you can find. You can tell him the problem you need fixed, or he could test ride your bike and tell you. Every time there is an issue with my bike I can call him up, bring the bike over and he would order the parts and charge a fair price for labor, and return your bike in a timely manner. If you're unable to pay the full price, he'll even work with you on payment plans.
