The fuel manager is a simple plug and play from what I understand. it's very easy to get to and he said he changed the air filter because it had oil in it. The air filter he showed me was one he took out of the bike. The one dirty filter he showed me wasn't even for my bike. I looked at the air filter a few days later and it's the one that's been in there.He also said he replaced the fuel lines in the tank. I pulled the tank of and checked. Their suppose to be white but mine were brown from being in the gas for several thousand miles. I wouldn't recommend this guy at all. He didn't give me a copy of the supposed work he did. And no receipt. I'm 63 and I'm mad at myself for allowing him to cheat me! I'm actually not even sure it's even a new fuel manager. I'm out $1000 and he wanted another $200 for the "new fuel hoses".

I called before heading in and Hector immediately said "bring it in, travelers get priority". Now that is someone who understands his business and customer service. Rich is meticulous and kept me informed with every detail. A very thorough mechanic. Luis, Heather and Will took care of it, during its stay, as I had to wait for a specific parts. Luis even named my bike and detailed it to the highest shine grade there is. The staff in back off house, in the detailing and wash bay are\nVery detailed oriented and do a fantastic job. My bike came home today. Lino was extremely accommodating and called me ahead of time.Making sure that the time suited my schedule. I was so happy to have my bike home. Lino made sure to unload it with care. What I noticed in particular was :- Lino was clean cut and groomed. He had a brief conversation with me , rather than just rushing off. The trailer was spotlessly clean both inside and out. My entire experience with Seminole Harley-Davidson was 5 stars. They worked up a trade in deal in about 2 minutes offered me 11xxxx for my ski that is mint with trailer and 26 hours . So I politely declined the offer . He mentioned someone would contact me about the paperwork soon. I then asked for cash price he told me 13xxx otd Next day, still no word . Contacted Matthew he said they are busy . So I called and left a voicemail for finance department to call Me back . That night , I see the same bike on fb . I message the guy he gives me a cheaper price than Matthew did . Found that odd being I was a returning customer . Next day now it's Saturday . Still no word on paperwork . I call again , I got to speak to Zach (salesman manager ) . I explain the situation with the paperwork . He says I'll send it right now , within a minute i had it . Wow that was great . So i mention to him my inquiry on the bike and the situation with the pricing . He says I'll get you some pricing , I said great , id like some videos as well since I'm two hours away . David sends me photos at one , I thanked him , he said he was looking for the key . I text him at 530 inquiring about the videos , he tells me they have sold the bike . What a fantastic experience this has been from 4 days for paperwork , to a terrible offer on a trade in , to actually trying to do business again and having the unit sold without you being told and completely waisted my time . Nothing in my neck of the woods, so I had to go a bit further... by a hundred miles... to find a couple. This is what led me to Seminole Powersports. They had a 2021 model that was a reasonable price, and I got in there to take a look at it. It sat well, was a reasonable price, but it was not my only stop to look at bikes, as there was at least one other place in a short distance to look at still. Sadly, the other place offered a better price for a newer model and that is what I went with. I will say that the salesman that I dealt with at Seminole was a good guy, and he was straight with me about both the bike and my trade-in. It was just that I was looking for something that is in a niche area of motorcycling, and when it comes down to that kind of thing it is hard to compete. As for the store, it was a decent store with a nice selection. I had no issues with them and if I am looking again at some time in the future I would have no problems with returning and looking.
