Unfortunately, my items that I brought on Friday morning were needed for an event Saturday so therefore I had to actually purchase two all white garments for the event which cost a few hundred dollars. The manager Ariel refused to give me my refund of $10 which I know is not that big of a deal but the issue is you all sent a text saying my order was not ready and therefore are just telling me on a Monday afternoon that my order was actually ready in the text was not supposed to have sent to me. This is very poor customer service and I will not be bringing my business back here. I have included a screenshot of the text that they sent on Saturday and she said it only applied to people who dropped off shirts, my order consisted of one dress and one pair of jeans. Where do you see any mention of shirts that this text only applied to? Super poor customer service.

Then they removed the tags which left a glue spot the size of the tag. I asked for the glue to be removed and they said they would have to clean the items again at no charge. It looks like they tried to remove the glue on one item, damaging the wool fabric in the process. So they just cleaned everything, which did not remove the glue residue on the other items and did not say a word to me. The manager had an attitude and should not be in leadership. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced…read more This is the second time I've been to this cleaners and will definitely be my LAST! First issue is I was quoted me $8 for a spot cleaning and which ended up being $12 Second issue is the stains were still there when I went to pick up. Looked exactly the same as when I dropped off. Third issue is after saying I am not satisfied he offered to just let me take the garment with no charge and when I accepted his offer I was then called broke and just didn't wanna pay for the "service" . Why offer something then get mad when someone accepts the offer. DO NOT TRUST THIS CLEANERS There are plenty of family owned local small businesses we can support instead of this nasty mean old man.
