This store…read morehas royallly messed up the location of their handicapped vehicles.The handicapped parking is no where near these little vehicles. To get to them you have to park in a non0-handicapped space, then go IN a door that is marked "EXIT" only. (I only know you can enter thru this"exit" door since a store employee tipped me off). Then to ride your cart to your car, you have to bump down a curb and since there will be another car parked close to yours (no handicappe spaces here) there is some difficulty in 1(getting groceeries into your car and 2)Getting the cart out of the way,. Just curious,..what is so hard about putting the handicapped parking and handicapped vehicles NEAR each other? VERY unimpressed at this thoughtlessness of Big Y.

The night in question, they let me walk out, a week later I went through a cashier..they didn't say anything. It was 2 weeks later when my mom was going to help me get groceries. As I was shopping, Donavon was following me around each aisle I went in. Then he confronted me accusing me of stealing which I called him an "asshole" because he was being one. That's when he decided to call the cops. 1 officer showed up and didn't go into store and was NOT shown any video of me "stealing" He didn't want me arrested, but wanted me to have a lifetime banned from going into that specific Big Y. I find it ironic that I'm getting accused of stealing 15 items, but you don't want me arrested. I've been in the process of talking to a lawyer. If they didn't want me to use the u-scan, they could have said that to me and I would have no problem going through a cashier. And if I found out one more time that Heather is slandering my name through other big y stores I will def file a defamation of character lawsuit
