I called days before her appointment to explain we did not have insurance and would be self pay. They said okay and gave a price of the procedure then a few days later I confirmed appt and said SELF PAY on it. When my daughter went to her appointment the front acted like they didnt know it was self pay & when Dr Peters saw her ALL of the sudden the place on face would be more "invasive" & we should wait until her insurance starts in April. (Im sure to commit insurance fraud) Because the place on her face looks the EXACT same. What has changed is that he can not charge whatever he wanted to insurance. After my husband called to argue with the front Dr Peters agreed to do the procedure but it would be TWO days later. I left work and went their office to get an explanation & found out they charged my credit card $79 for an office visit!!! I said he denied her service today why was I charged?? And their reasoning was that Dr Peters did see her briefly. They are CROOKS and FRAUDS! I cancelled all future appointments.

I love that they have to cover all expenses with me BEFORE providing services, in case I decided my back wasn't worth the cost.... but the price range was well within what my back is worth. I started out with adjustments once a week, but as I got better, THEY reduced the number of times I came in, so they aren't just running me through for my money. Later, I fell and hurt my knee. Urgent care took my insurance's money for the x-ray and tetnus shot, then prescribed ibprofen without ever even touching my knee. My own PCM took two weeks to see me and said come back if it doesn't get better. Again, willing to pay money for my own health, I went back to Dr. Taylor who actually touched my knee and recognized it needed an adjustment, which he made; in and out in 20 minutes. We scheduled two week follow ups, but he told me to come back sooner if not continuing to improve. Today Dr. Taylor was out, so I saw Dr. Whitehead, who first asked if I was comfortable seeing him. Not the most comfortable adjustment, but he really dug into my leg today and actually moved things around and I was immediately stronger, all for the very reasonable price of an adjustment, which also included some nice work on my back and neck.
