Far healthier than the other food court offerings. The portions were huge. I took the bowl home and only got halfway through. I saved the rest and ate it for lunch the next day. I was thrilled that my carb options included purple rice and Japchae which are delicious transparent sweet potato noodles. It's sometimes difficult to get purple rice in the Capital Region, so I consider it to be a delicacy. The vegetable options included seaweed salad which isn't a vegetable but tasted great. The busiest and most bustling mall in the Albany region, and this is its massive but underwhelming food court. Honestly it's a pretty crap food court, and it's huge and probably twice the size of a lot of mall food courts, so it's kind of disappointing that it's so underwhelming and so many of the things in and around here are just not worth eating. In other news, I left your seat on the whole time is it still warm I just turned 30 seconds (that was me talking to Barbie - I'm on voice dictation). And it's definitely a missed opportunity because after spending (seriously) 7 hours wandering this mall, we were absolutely starving, and I feel like we went in every single store, but it was (incredibly less than half of them. And so after all that time I think we could easily have gone for whole bunch of different things to eat, but because the food court is so bad, we ended up trying very little, and decided not to use this missed opportunity of a food court again.
