I took the opportunity to go shopping while he replaced the windshield on my 2009 Tacoma. True to his word, he was finished in 40 minutes, did an excellent job (including repriming the frame) and saved me about $150 compared to the estimates I got from local brick and mortar glass shops. It started with a missing corner piece to my valance (between the hood and the windshield). It has expanded to a broken washer nozzle on my car and, most recently, missing trim from the roof of my truck ($100 to replace it!). Sure, they show up on time and install a new windshield and, I do want to support small businesses. But, at the expense of having to replace random parts on your vehicle? It's just not worth it. I could have saved a lot of hassle and money going somewhere else. Hell, I could have bought another windshield with all the money in replacement parts and labor!

My windshield cracked in July. Clear advantage repaired the crack, which did not look good after…read morethey repaired it and began spidering just over a month later. I called and was told that their work was not guaranteed and spidering was expected. However I have had windshields repaired from other places and have never had an experience where they spider after such a short period of time; in fact they have often held for years after repair. Again it didn't look good when they repaired it, and certainly doesn't look good now that I have to replace the entire windshield. Avoid this place and take your business elsewhere.
