My windshield got hit by a tiny pebble while I was driving on I-25. It cracked my windshield and spread quickly! Safelight was one of the vendors authorized by insurance company and I am so glad I chose them to replace the glass. Every employee was courteous and provided great customer service! While they were incredibly busy the day they worked on my vehicle, the still got it done well under the time frame they given me. Rock put a dime sized star in my windshield. Made appt online that day & later had to revise it to the next day. Took it in. 15 min later it was done. I deliberately did not wash the windscreen before visiting Safelite. Where the star crack was, had a hard time finding it. Only saw what looked like a very small smudge like a tiny moth hit my windshield. Darn good job!! read more

My insurance company sent me here to get a front windshield replaced. Safelite replaced the window and recalibrated the safety features but my windshield wipers were not checked and when I turned them on there was an audible clunking sound and the drivers side did not wipe all the way over. Luckily I was going to the Ford dealership for a recall issue and they recalibrated the wipers for free so they work perfectly again. read more

Several years ago SAFELITE came to the house and they changed the windshield out in my truck 2500 Dodge ram 2016. They have also done a chip repair which worked out nicely. Today i noticed that all my upper and side windshield moldings were either gone or coming off. No one has removed said moldings except Safelite. I find this to be concerning as now i will have to replace all of them to include the roof moldings. This will be cheap, NOT !!!! THERE IS NO ARGUMENT AS I HAVE HAD THIS TRUCK SINCE NEW AND THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SERVICE MY GLASS. DISGUSTING AND THEY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER VEHICLE!!!!!! They screwed up my rear windshield mirror when they changed out my glass on my Audi but they stood behind their work and replaced it. SAD!!! I had an appointment scheduled and drove 1.5 hours to get to the Pueblo location. Unfortunately, I encountered some unexpected livestock issues on the road out of the Wet Mountains, which delayed my arrival. When I finally reached the office, I handed my key to the receptionist and was told it would be about a wait. However, shortly after, the shop technician reviewed the job ticket and informed me that we would need to reschedule. I explained that I had driven 1.5 hours to get there and asked for some consideration given the unforeseen circumstances that caused the delay. I then stated that I was not going to business with them and that I would find someone else. The shop tech did not care and was snarky about the reality that I was not on time. While I understand the importance of maintaining schedules, it was disappointing that there wasn't more flexibility or understanding in this situation. Strict adherence to procedures should never outweigh delivering a positive customer experience, especially when delays are beyond the customer's control. I left and then try to call the national number to see if we could work something out and it routed me to the shop and they would not answer. Thankfully, I quickly found another glass shop in town that was much more accommodating and demonstrated greater skill in both window replacement and calibration. They completed the job in just one hour, compared to the three hours I was initially quoted at Safelite. Based on this experience, I will not be doing business with Safelite AutoGlass in the future. read more

We were driving north to Colorado Springs and we're hit hard with a rock on the windshield on the highway. My hubs never waits to fix these lest they spread so I immediately found the nearest Safelite to us. We went there first and the nice fellow at the desk asked us to call our insurance as that's what we always have to do with Geico. He got us in immediately although Geico set the time for 2 days ahead! Was nice to get it done then and it was an hour before closing. The technician was awesome! He walked us to the truck and showed us his work. He was a lot more attentive than our safelite at home. I wholeheartedly recommend!! Everyone was professional and courteous. read more

What a scam! I should have known it when they tried repeatedly to push new wipers along with the sale. Then they informed me they could not replace the windshield if they found rust underneath the existing glass, but they wouldn't know until they removed the windshield, leaving me to drive 70 miles home with no windshield. I would have had to have it towed to a body shop. I told them to just close it up and refund my prepaid funds. I prepaid my windshield service and canceled my plans for the afternoon because they told me between 12-5pm. I called around 11:30 to remove some wipers and they did but the lady said that they might have to reschedule me for Tuesday if the technician was too busy. I said, why would you advertise something and not let me know? She said "probably" not for sure. So then at 3:30 I get a call saying that the windshield that they were going to put was scratched and had to reschedule for the next day. I was very frustrated because I went with them, the first I called because they said they could do it in the afternoon. The Pueblo office's first problem is the woman running the front desk that has gigantic gaged ears and an attitude. She is very brusque, short on questions asked, and argumentative. They repair a star crack, but it is still very visible, and doesn't look like it was repaired at all. I was quoted a cash price of $130, and my wife was quoted $58 the next day. They also broke my wife's windshield the next day and the repair went from $58 to $415. We felt like we were given an upsale, and did not sign any work order in advance. Go somewhere else. Three times over the years I've had Safelite repair or replace a windshield and each time, whether it was done at my home or at the shop, they were very nice, completed the job in a reasonable time, and left my vehicle cleaner than when I brought it in. I have tried to get two different 4Runners new windshields. The first one they wanted me to go to the dealer to get all of the trim parts ... I did not get it replaced after talking with the dealership. Way too much of a hassle. The second was today and the tech noticed some rust near the bottom side of the windshield. He stated "I'm not sure we can replace this if we take it out and there is more rust damage... you might need to take it to a body shop to get that fixed first" I asked what probability he thought it had of having more rust but he said he wasn't sure until he takes it out " I have since talked with other professionals and they stated this is common practice from Pueblo Safelite. I do not recommend this safe lite location especially if you are busy and need things done. The tech said they have high standards ... I view them as looking for reasons not to do the work or have the customer do all the prep work. I really did not trust them! read more

Had an appointment through Geico. They quoted 2 hours but were done in less than 45 minutes. My car was a food and crumb dump and not only was it all vacuumed but it smelled good. Windshield looks great and I splurged for the new wipers. Would go again if needed. I typically get service at home through their mobile service but decided to stop in on my way home from work instead. Very professional but busy. If I could rate in the negative zone I would. I star is toooooooo good. I made an appointment for 2-3 weeks prior to going in. On the morning of the appointment which was anywhere from 8-12, I received a call at 7:45 saying I would have to bring the vehicle in. They knew I lived 45 minutes away. So I set another appointment that I would have to trailer the restoration truck in. It was there for 10 days and they let me know they couldn't put the windshield in due the moldings,l. I made an extra trip down there to take more moldings This morning I picked the truck up. They sat and watched this 72-year old (me) pull the truck out NEVER offering to help steer it. THEY JUST WATCHED--they weren't even working!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked them to Put tape on the windshield to keep in place so when I went down the highway it would blow off!!! I made another stop and noticed they didn't tape it so I strapped it in. Thank God it wasn't blowing!!!! I guess I leaned a big lesson--never use safelite!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their only redeeming quality was they gave me the windshield. I would suggest to the owner/manager to get some technical training for these folks and also teach them some customer service!! Check with your local chamber of commerce to see if they could offer a class for this staff. read more

I went in for a chip repair and left with a crack. The shop waived the chip repair fee to my insurance, but offered to charge me more than double what a local competitor charged for a new windshield. The person that parked my car was not proficient at driving a manuel transmission and either stopped without pressing in the clutch, or put on the emergency brake before the car was stopped. I had an appointment, to have W/S replaced at my local Mechanic's shop while it was in for other services, mean time I was camping in an area w/ no cell service. A technician from here called me on the day before appointment, I explained to him where the truck was. Appointment was for a Friday, when I got back Monday I seen that there was a refund for the W/S, so I call the number got the automated system, some how ended up talking to a person, who then transferred me to the store in Pueblo. I was then told the they tried calling me, I explained the no cell service situation,& that no voicemail was left. So they rescheduled for Tuesday, they show up tell my mechanic they can't do it due to factory visor. So they leave, & didn't call me. Next morning I call my mechanic to get an update, at which time he gives me this info. So then I call again only to get automated system, unable to reach a person(I tried several different options none of which got me anywhere). I went to the website, went to contact us; where I got a bot,left a dissatisfied message. the bot asked if someone could contact me I chose yes, several hours later still no response. I will not be able to get W/S replaced due to time constraint. Instead I will drive an unsafe vehicle and hope I don't get a ticket, I drive for a living, probably average a W/S a year won't be asking Safelite to due them in the future! Thanx for responding however you are missing the point, your phone service prevents anyone from communicating, the visor could have been removed, the same day had your people called me to inform that it was an issue, I can't believe that's all you got out of that review. Very sketchy place. They have other poor reviews reflecting their shady practice. Long story short...broken front windshield in Colorado. Warranty sends me to this shop. A few days after they replaced the windshield it developed a crack. No point of impact from a rock or other debris. Take it back to them for inspection. After the initial inspection and their agreement that there was not a point of impact, the technician wanted to take the car to the back. A little while later they come back and say they had to remove the window trim and dig into the window with a tool in order to find where the rock had hit. Now Im not a window expert but they must be some kind of special to think I am going to believe that a rock, which left my window trim undamaged, cracked my window. Could not deal with these liars so I left and called the warranty company. They agreed it was the shops fault and tried to get them to replace it again. After a week of this place giving the run around to the warranty company, neither them or myself wanted to deal with this place. I ended up being referred to a shop in Canon City. They replaced it and when I looked at the statement of charges it was around $800 less than what Safelite charged! Even though I only paid my small deductible this is a huge price difference! So if you have a little extra time save yourself the possibility of a headache and go to McCasland Glass. They are a good ol fashion small town shop which did quality work for an honest price. Im not trying to advertise for them. Im in the military, move a lot, and deal with new places all the time. I am appalled at Safelite Pueblo's lack of integrity and want to share my experience. read more

This particular safe lite is so wonderful. Took my truck back right away and was very pleasant. Windshield of course looks awesome and they were fast. But what I really appreciated the most being a new mom was that when I asked if they had an area I could Breast feed my daughter they let me use their back office. That is awesome customer support. I have nothing good to say about the Pueblo safelite. The first problem was my fault as I ordered a non electric windshield. They scheduled an appointment on Monday but did not bring the correct windshield. Then they rescheduled for Thursday morning , but said they over booked and asked if we could reschedule for the afternoon. This resulted in screwing my entire day. They did not show up for the afternoon appointment and I had to stay on the phone for fifteen minutes to find out that they had not loaded the windshield on the truck and were not coming. No one had the courtesy to call me and tell me not to wait around for them. read more

I cannot even begin to tell you how nice these people are. I kept forgetting my appointment. And they very nicely would call me and tell me I missed my appointment and would I like to reschedule. Really, they didn't have to keep rescheduling me. I wouldn't have if I was them. On my third try, I thought my appointment was 8:30, but it was at 8:00. And at 8:30, when they called me I was stuck in traffic. Yes, there's traffic in Pueblo (not a lot, but sometimes a little) and I was stuck in it. I told them I was on my way and would be there any moment. I tried to get off the main road to avoid the traffic, but not all roads in Pueblo lead to other roads. And when I got to the dead end, I called them back and with tears in my voice, I tried to reschedule, but the gentleman who answered the phone told me to just come in and drive safe and he would take care of me when I got there. He was very nice and that let me relax. I got back to the main road and sat in the traffic and got the location. I checked in and they were very friendly. They offered me a drink or snack. I sat in a comfortable chair and did work on my laptop while I waited. I didn't have to wait long. They replaced my cracked windshield and even vacuumed out the front of my Jeep. Very disappointed with their service. Made an appointment and as soon as the man drove up he didn't want to do my windshield. It was completely shattered, and he had a bad attitude as soon as he saw it. He told me he couldn't get it done because there was a dent at the top of the window, and would affect the seal. But after research and contacting 6 other glass repair shops, they said it was completely fine and he should've been able to do it. Wasted my time. I have always used Safelite, never again. Safelite Pueblo, Co under new management and not for the good. 1:00 appt, car was still sitting in the parking lot at 1:35 waiting. Bathroom was filty, FILTY! Everyone unprofessional, unfriendly. The 1:00 appt was our second trip in less than a wk. They were suppose to fix a star break. When we got the car back (vehicle 2 mos old) the star was now a crack 4-5" long. Showed it to the technician and he said "It'll be ok, will not crack more"!!! I had a horrible customer service experience with Safelite Pueblo on 2/18/14, and therefore I refused to do business with them. I had called and asked for a windshield estimate. I was asked to provide my personal information immediately, without an estimate being made. I did not yet know whether I wanted to do business, so I asked to pass and have the estimate. I didn't want to end up on any call or mailing lists. I live in Washington, D.C. and was only in town for the week. The first agent hung up on me after I said "I'm good, may I just have the estimate?". I called back and got another agent. When I said I'd rather not give my personal information, he became hostile. He said "Mr. X, I have your information right here on my caller ID. This isn't the CIA. We can either do this the easy way or the hard way!" I responded with "hey, can we just do some friendly business?", to which he replied "That's up to you." All my buttons were pressed, a pretty type A sales associate who chooses to use intimidation and force to get his results - with ignorance toward the customer. I lost all respect for the guy, said something nasty and hung up. I'm sorry I name called, but I really felt harassed! I don't give out my personal information without first establishing a trust relationship. AND I want to avoid all solicitation. It's a matter of personal principle. Really the preference should at all times be given to the customer. And I shouldn't be asked to do anything I'm uncomfortable with. I was SO impressed with the service I was provided here. Every aspect of this business is superior. The waiting room is comfortable, Terri at the front desk is super nice. The tech that did my windshield, Daniel, was friendly, fast & truly went over and above. He cleaned my windows and vacuumed my interior in addition to the phenomenal job he did on my windshield.
