She told him that the best way to reach her was via email. So he conferred with me about scheduling an appointment with her, and then sent her an email. Here we are four days later, and nothing. She claimed we needed a appt to sign our finished taxes, although she never made us one when we spoke per coming in on Sat 12-1:00 to do just that!?!? We explained typically the finished taxes are up front ready to be signed, then we pay & go...takes 2 minutes! Candice proceeds to get confrontational, says we need to appologize to her next client for making him wait? ...proceeds to make excuses about being sick, shes swamped, said were lucky she even got our taxes done, and please dont use her again next year! ALL IN THE FRONT LOBBY OF HR BLOCK! We were just coming in to sign our finished taxes! What should have been VERY straightforward & quick, she drug out, belittled us for her oversight & handled it HORRIBLY. Candice needs stress management or basic customer service training, UNACCEPTABLE behavior from a so called proffesional? Your not just working with numbers, but people to, do better! Loved the basic stock letter reply, with the 1-800 customer service line!! Really shows how much you care about your clients.

I lost trust in the company after this and did not want to provide further personal information they requested nor continue in a client service agreement. The front desk rebutted this with a threat to file our tax return anyway since that's what I authorized in a document signed (causing a double filed return and problems with the IRS I imagine). No partial refund authorized. Be careful with this company!​

Office is upstairs, has a large waiting area with plenty of snacks. Mr Farmer was pleasant and worked quickly through our past and current tax situation. Answered my questions and made suggestions for next year. We received the final documents through a share file. We returned our signed paperwork through this sharing method. So nice not to have to go back in. They file electronically and gave us all the info to make our payment to the IRS. I was pleased with our services here.
