should be zero, don't use these crooks, they crashed on i80 while towing my motorhome doing extensive damaged, then he kept it for 8 months, teying to repair it himself, finally went to get it only to find most of the damaged not repaired., body damage, missing parts interior trim damage, missing generator pipe, and other items. They are currently under investigation with the BBC, and it has become a cause in my life to bring this business down. Cameron is the most dishonest and the biggest LIAR I have ever dealt with, police report is next on my list. This is NEVER GOING AWAY. I will forever haunt you. read more

Beware. I don't trust any of the reviews here based on my personal experience a few weeks ago. It was a simple tow but the guy did such a bad job he left 3ft open on side while breaking the gutter and roof on the other. Now we are playing phone tag between the owner of the company and the person they sent both saying "we will take care of it today" and then it's just been crickets. No follow up. No update. They want us to keep calling and then stalling. Even if we assume they had a bad employee, the service on top of that is also unprofessional. One would think the owner would care about their reputation. read more

My insurance company called for roadside assistance to have vehicle towed home. ETA quote was 90-105 minutes, four hours later in the middle of the night still no response. When I call insurance company back to see what's going on, they can't reach him, doesn't answer phone, just left us stranded. Had to get another company to come get us home! They charged us additional beyond what our insurance company would pay and we had no choice but to pay it. Despite our efforts to get the receipt for the second tow, they never sent it to us. Honestly, the number of phone calls to them in an attempt to get the receipt has been unreasonable. They simply stopped responding. We need the receipt to submit to our insurance company for reimbursement. The customer service during the tow was good, but the follow up after the tow was terrible. We would not use again. Beware if they want you to pay extra. We are guessing it is against their contract and that is why they will not produce a receipt. read more
