I ordered food from Chevys and the harbor master wanted me to pay 10.00 to park my boat to pick up my food. This was after I spent over 100.00 to fill my boat with gas. The fharbor masters are trying to rip off paying customers for parking at crawdads. This place is a sham. If you want a better experience go to Alamar. Food is way better, prices are better and, customer service is so much better. I will never do business here again. Fire the piece of crap harbor master that is trying to line his pockets from honest boaters. read more

Beyond disappointed with their customer service after my vehicle was broken into. Shame on you guys.

They illegally towed a vehicle of ours and then said the reason it was towed because every person at our table didn't contribute towards the bill . I wish I was making this up. Horrible management and horrible customer service. Crawdads is 10/10 but the people who manage the dock (Riverbank Marina) are detouring customers from ever returning to Crawdads. Crawdads owner is reimbursing for the tow cost so that right there validates that Riverbank Marina is wrong and scamming people. read more

We have docked our boat at Riverbank Marina for the last 2 summers. The staff has always been friendly & helpful & the facilities are clean & stocked. The fellow tenants are also always friendly! Another great bonus is how close it is to some great restaurants! I would definitely recommend Riverbank Marina if you are looking for a place to dock your boat! read more

Had a blast at Riverbank Marina all summer! Lots of fun summer nights watching paddle boarders, boats and the fly boarders! Happy to see Crawdads is brining back their epic floating stage!! Also loving what the new owners did with Crawdads and they were great to work with when I threw my husband a 30th birthday party this last month!! Our Family has been at Riverbank Marina for about 10 years. We love the location, because it is so close to Sacramento and home. We can just pop down for the evening to have a cocktail on the water or check on the boat. The staff has always been very helpful and professional. We feel like the marina has excellent security and the staff is always watching out for unfamiliar visitors on the private docks. Keep up the good work. Randy and Sue Schaefer read more

The manager Tess has very bad customer service, I like Crawdads and Chevys but the Harbor Master has a real poor attitude and customer service I hope they will change that so we feel more comfortable at the Marina. read more

This used to be my favorite place to dock things have changed a lot over the years. They are on top of the noise coming from tenants in the day time, but have no control over other boaters and jet skis flying through the marina. If you want to get your boat damaged this is a great place to put it I would recommend Sacramento Marina ran by true proffesionals. read more

We had another great weekend docked at Riverbank Marina. Both Tess and Ambie were great with communication during the reservation process. The whole dock staff makes you feel safe and welcome during the stay over the holiday weekend. We will definitely be back to this first class facility. read more

This place has good restaurants like Chevy's. The only issue is parking but overall it's a very nice place to dine.

I would give them zero if possible. DO NOT SLIP YOUR BOAT AT THIS MARINA. We made the mistake of getting a slip here. When we got our boat down to the marina, our boat was too big. We asked to upgrade to a bigger slip. They were UNBELEIVEABLY RUDE! They told us we didnt fill out the paperwork correctly (that their moronic employee directed us to fill out), and proceeded to tell us they didnt want us as customers. Mind you, this was at 10pm after a day of driving the boat all the way up from the delta. We ended up having to sleep on the boat until the next morning in the middle of the river. We then went to Miller park and got a real slip from real professionals. These people are idiots to say the least. The parking is garbage, the people are horrible, and the slips are dangerous (logs, congestion anyone?). To top it off, they kept charging our card monthly for slip fees. Steer clear of this mess! Do yourself a major favor and slip your boat somewhere else. read more

Staff and management are horrible. Worst customer service I have had in a long time. After being a victim of theft while on their property and being told that it was all on camera. The manger refused to review the video surveillance to see who did it. read more

We have kept our boat at Riverbank Marina for several years and we love it. The security is great, the restaurants make dinning easy for us when we stay on our boat for a couple of days at a time. The entire place is clean and well cared for! The parking is the only issue we have a hard time with. Our overall experience has been incredible!!! read more

I've been a tenant here for almost a decade and my original review is still spot on. Don't worry about comments from some of the riff raff, this is still the best marina in Sacramento by far. The facility is still well kept and clean, the restaurants are still amazing and Tess and her team are still the best! I've seen reviews talking about damage to boats from inconsiderate boaters not following the rules and I can honestly say that nearly 10 years and 2 boats later I have never had that problem. Thanks for everything riverbank marina, as long as I have a boat this will be my home. read more

Awesome marina with great service. Docked our bayliner here for the summer and was happy we did. The employees are very nice and professional and I could always find someone on a sunday afternoon. Clean showers, ice is available for purchase and other misc items like a shore power adapter. Great security and 3 restaurants near by. Highly recommend! * There is some partying at some of the houseboats on the summer weekends which was loud but not too often. Why do the ski boats have to blast their music in the marina? I'll never understand that rudeness...I guess they want everyone to look at them. read more

We love this marina! We have been at Riverbank for over a year now. We just signed our 2nd lease. This is the best marina in the Sacramento area! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The other boaters are great. The restaurants are fabulous. What more could you ask for? How about clean as a whistle docks and bathrooms! No kidding....this is the place to keep your boat! We have never had to worry about our cars in the parking lot or our safety while sleeping over in dock. I completely recommend this marina :) read more

My husband and I docked our boat there over the Memorial day weekend. The staff were very helpful in finding a slip big enough at the last minute to accommodate us. They arranged for dock hands to meet us even though we arrived after marina office hours. Each morning dock personnel would come by to check that everything was satisfactory. We met some really fun people during our stay and would definitely return. We came from the bay and the travel up river was long and slow but beautiful. The office staff were very helpful mapping out the area for us as well. Great fun! Look forward to doing it again! read more
