Found NorCal watercraft on Yelp and decided to give them a call to see if they can inspect & do a much needed tune-up in hopes of being able to run these skis before the summer ended. I was pressed for time and had a small window to get this done. I called and spoke to Nathan and he was able to accommodate my schedule and get the job done and on time. A bit about the service. I did receive a call from Nathan about my jet skis and he was able to thoroughly provide a status and clearly explained what he found. My main concern was the switch, he tested the switch and the relay and everything was good. He told me how to rectify the problem and did not recommend changing any parts. I asked about replacing with new parts and he told me it would function the same. I appreciated his honesty and was pleased he did not take advantage of an opportunity to make more money! The customer service was outstanding! I talked to both Nathan and Marina and they both were nice and pleasant. When I arrived they both greeted me and helped me unhook my trailer. When I came to pick up my jet skis, Nathan showed me my old parts and explained what was done. Marina took my payment and they both assisted with hooking up my trailer. I definitely will be back to winterize and service my jet skis. Great job Nathan and Marina!

Great trip with a very friendly crew - safety and comfort conscious…read more We were on the racing yacht, sailing with only the jib (front sail) - while it cruised along pretty well (and smoothly) in good wind with just the one sail, I'd have liked to use the main sail and seen what she could do, but we had a few members who were beginners and worried about getting seasick. So I understand the captain for playing it on the safe side. Not cheap for 3 hours, but then sailing isn't a cheap pastime. Everyone had a very nice time, even the beginners (who didn't get seasick).
