Luz, at the front knows her stuff and will take care of you and put your insurance company in their place (politely). 3. They work as a team. Cheesy but true. They ask each other for help, support each other and everyone genuinely enjoys working there, you can tell. 4. I've brought my infant twins in with me on several occasions and they helped care for them as if they were their own children. 5. Milk chocolate sea salt caramels. (Yup, at a dentist office) 6. The dentists are normal people who talk to you about what they are doing. 7. A lot of their work (like making caps) is done in house so the wait time for stuff is cut in half!! 8. Dr. Inabi. I am being sent texts every other day sometimes twice a day with a reminder that my appointment is coming up and if I don't respond back saying I would be there. I would be charged $100 after I say yes I would be there via text. The texts continue with the same thing following day and reminding me of my copay to which I already know about which is very annoying all the days and numerous texts I received about this appointment even on day of few hours before. At this point I am annoyed with all these texts that I received the whole week before my appointment. Then when I get there I get my X ray, teeth cleaned which they do good with. The problem is the Doctor Edly he has me sitting and waiting for him to check in my mouth to make sure everything is OK gums, teeth etc along with looking at my Xray. I've sat in the chair for over half and hour after I'm done with my cleaning to check my teeth and he sends his other workers to stall and tell me he is coming over soon and soon becomes never. After tge half hour is up he sends his workers to tell me he is working on someone else's mouth and can't come over and that everything is fine with my teeth without ever coming over to look at my teeth/gums. He has done this many times to me already. I can't remember the last time ive seen this Dentist in person throughout the years. Mind you me he's in the next room and refused to come and seems to make himself busy everytime I come in. So they text and call me all week long to come in but then when I'm there does not complete my dental visit. This is very unprofessional and I've never been treated like this before by any other dentist before in past. It's bad enough I already feel queasy when going there because it looks and feels like a former funeral parlor there. But I must say that even a mortician at a funeral parlor would treat me much better than I've been treated by this Dr at this Dentist office. I don't know what's the problem here but you'll definitely lost me as a patient here. I'm done and moving forward somewhere better than this place.
