Yes. Go here. Please. I needed bullnose tile to finish the ends on my white subway tile kitchen backsplash. I had gotten the tile from Home Depot originally, but they did not have the matching bullnose in stock at the store by the time I knew I needed it. My contractor was working on the backsplash the same day I frantically went out to find matching bullnose. I tried two Home Depot stores, I tried Lowes, I tried two other high end tile stores before I went to Cancos. I was at my wits end. I had no idea I was going to have such a hard time finding something so simple. I was kicking myself for not ordering it online ahead of time. Then I went to Cancos. They were busy, but I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and I was being helped within 5 mins. Not only were they very friendly and helpful, but they had EXACTLY what I needed! On top of that I absolutely couldn't believe it....the price was less expensive than the price at Home Depot. I was blown away. I would have saved approximately $1/tile if I had purchased all of the tile from Cancos instead of Home Depot. That would have been a nice chunk of money. The store itself is big, bright and beautiful. They had so many pretty tiles. Next time I need tile Cancos will be my first stop hands down. My whole experience from the moment I walked in the door to when I drove away with the tiles in my car was top notch. read more

I usually do not take the time to do this type of thing but after receiving such excellent customer service I felt I should take a few minutes to compliment this business and our sales person Trisha in their Elwood store. On LI there are MANY retail tile shops and of course there are the box stores. We are renovating a house and stopped in to get some ideas for kitchen and bath tile. Trisha was very helpful, patient and had some good suggestions. She actually followed up with my wife at least two times after we purchased some tile to make sure we were satisfied. It is important to point out that this was not a very large purchase and she was still very diligent in making sure we were happy. I also was asked by our contractor to pick up up some grout, I drove to their Riverhead location on an early Saturday morning and one of the owners of the company was behind the counter filling in for I believe a sick employee. He took the time to ask me about the job, went into the the warehouse and had to dig around to find what we needed and thanked me for the business a rare thing sometimes today and perhaps why we had such a positive experience with his employees. If you need to buy tile for your home you should go see Trisha Lyons at the East Northport location. In a time when I am so disappointed by customer service in general, Trisha made me believe that there are some people that really care and are willing to go above and beyond the low standard that is out there these days. Trisha helped us with our selections by making helpful suggestions and no matter how many times I changed my mind she was respectful of the fact that this is not always an easy process for homeowners. She also gave me her cell phone number so I could text her and no matter when I wrote to her, she always wrote right back to me. Even if she wasn't at work when I reached out, said she would get back to me as soon as she could and she did. Outstanding care and service!! We still have a few more rooms to tile and Trisha will be the person I go back to even though my home is a good hours drive from her location. I told Trisha I would send pictures of my kitchen when it was done and even invited her to come out east and visit us so she can see how everything looks, if the weather ever breaks that is!! read more

Cancos has been incredible for us! We've done several renovations in our house and have used cancos for our tiling needs. Randi Tumen is the best! I had walked in there years ago, had an average experience with a different salesperson and walked out. Then, I tried it again to compare a tile I had found elsewhere. This time I found Randi. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the tiles, pleasant to work with, and best of all, great with figuring out what looks good with what you have. She has a good eye for putting things together and being able to visualize the finished product (which is something I cannot do).
