We had two bedrooms and a pull out bed and couch in the Living room. The room could have slept 8 people but we only had 4 adults and a baby. We put a pack and play in the smaller bedroom and it fit perfectly. The room was spacious but it felt very old and had a somewhat musty smell. Luckily the kitchen had a small dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and fridge which all worked fine. The functionality was there but just needs a full renovation to bring it into the current century.

They currently have zero amenities like a pool, work out room, beach access, etc. Yet they charge a resort fee on a timeshare trade which has never happened to me before. The balconies have an ocean view but zero privacy. It looked like someone was.right in back of my unit. And they have a lot of rules like charging $5 for a missing plastic key. I have traveled to hundreds of Marriotts and they could care less about a key return. It
