Hotel from beach view.

Don't let the street view of this place deceive you, this is a hidden gem! We travel pretty often through timeshare and this was one of our options. From the outside it looks pretty rundown, however after checking in you'll quickly realize there's a lot to enjoy here. First thing was the view out of our room was right out to the ocean, very breathtaking. We're from California so we get amazing sunsets but here from this side you'll be greeted with an amazing sunrise every morning. Our room was the larger one with two beds in separate rooms and a futon. Love how spacious it is, has a kitchen with stove, microwave large fridge, and dishwasher. Cabinets and counters look to be newly renovated. There's two large pools, that are up to 10ft deep, a playground, kiddie pool and three private hot tubs, and picnic tables with barbecue all on the edge of the ocean. Some of these areas could be improved but it's not a big deal. Waking up to the ocean waves and breeze, this really is like a piece of Cancun in Florida, definitely recommended.

Such a relaxing place to stay. Clean and friendly with excellent amenities to please a family. The activities in house can entertain a variety of ages. Many recent upgrades to the facilities keep it current. Close to many attractions and very family friendly environment. I have been coming here for many years and find to always be welcoming and a relaxing place to sit by either of the pools and just steps to the ocean. I am always pleased to arrive and saddened to depart. Excellent service staff and a top notch place for a relaxing family friendly break from the madness in Daytona

I attending a woman's Christian conference in Daytona Beach. My church provided a group rate coupon…read morecode for Friday night at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront. This hotel was right across the street from Ocean Center where we would be headed the next morning. The hotel was massive having a south and north tower with 16 floors on each side. My roommate and I were ocean front on the 12th floor, nearly in the middle of the south tower. WOW, what a view! I didn't realize until arriving to the room there was no balcony. However, you could open a regular size sliding door to see and hear the ocean. There were bars like a balcony in front of the sliding door but you could only step out one foot on the tiny platform. I left the door open while I was reading and it was so peaceful to hear the ocean;) Parking was nearly two blocks away on the opposite side of the street and across the street from the entrance of Ocean Center behind a barbecue restaurant. This was a bit of a pain pulling the luggage that far. Plus you had to go up a steep incline to get into the lobby. I could have paid an extra $20 for parking overnight if I had used the hotels valet service. No thanks lol! We did get a discount for the parking lot because we were attending the conference. Instead of $35 it was $20 (with taxes $23). The hotel was a little dated. The light over the sink flickered. But did stop after the light was on for a little bit. The beds however were up to the Hilton standard as well as the pillows, nice and comfortable. I shared the room with a friend from church. I liked the feature of having an extra sink and mirror outside the bathroom. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. The desk chair needed replaced as the seat was very worn in. Service at the front desk was friendly and they helped answer all my questions about parking. It was a little confusing because you didn't have a ticket and I couldn't figure out how I would get out of the lot when the conference was over the next day. But the front desk attendant advised they would have someone at the exit gate to open it when the conference let out. And they did;) Thanks for a comfortable night's sleep Hilton! I would stay here again if attending a conference that included a discount code as this hotel was pretty pricey.

The location was perfect, on the beach and directly across the street from the Ocean Center where the graduation ceremony was to take place. However, this hotel has definitely seen much better days! The furnishings were tattered, the toilet made this loud ear-splitting sound when flushed, and the windows probably have not been cleaned in ages. We paid just under $630 for an ocean view room for 2 nights with taxes and fees, including a $35 a night parking in an uncovered lot across the street. I expected better from a Hilton property! This is one of those "one and done" hotels for us. I don't mind paying a decent chunk of change if the quality of the accommodations justify it, but this place does not. It's like the management doesn't even try to improve guests' experience since they "know" people would book a room for the convenience of the location.
