It's strong, rich, and creamy all at the same time. I am very picky about it and I will be returning for sure.! I asked for something a little different. I got an espresso over a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream like they do in El Paso. Mm! :) So delicious. I am happy! I am going to come back and try the Hot Cheetos Sushi! :)

Uncle Fluffy has been on my list for like a gajillion years not even joking. my mother is a cheesecake fanatic.... and also an almond mom. so japanese cheesecake is that woman's dream: lighter, less dense, and less sweet than american cheesecakes (the higher protein content from fluffed egg whites also means u could make ur fellow gymbro into "making up" the calories too) the regular cheesecake was yum and the texture was divine: basically if you imagined a fluffy soufflé pancake and cheesecake had a baby. it didn't wow me though, especially since i love things on the sweeter side and it definitely wasn't. for a tiny $11 dessert, it didn't taste like i was indulging in a dirty little sweet treat. so i'll stick w my dense caloric diabetic cheesecakes from the freezer isle at vons. He on the other hand had a better taste-chocolate and vanilla which no one should make a mistake. It is not too creamy or sweet. The taiyaki and sides are good though. The service is fast. The place is clean. The restroom is not available the whole time we are there. I should have tried their boba drinks instead. Next time, I'll try their classic taiyaki and boba. I am hoping that it will be a better experience for us.

My dad went to pick up 2 dozen masaladas and a dozen guava starbreads -- which they gave for a very reasonable price. My office is 15 mins away, by the time he got to my office, they were still very warm!! My coworkers and I tried the starbread and everyone loved them!! They're just sweet enough, not too sweet, and the bread is super soft! The masaladas are amazing too! If you are looking for nice quality pastries, especially on a time crunch, I highly recommend! They open at 7AM which is much earlier than most bakeries in the area (and super convenient), I will definitely order from them again!!
