She was incredibly kind, answered all of my annoying questions without beating around the bush, and got my husband in the next day. I had spoken to other dentists and they all seemed extremely irritated when I asked any questions. That alone, was amazing. My husband got in this morning, had a tooth pulled, and was out the door in an hour. He wasn't pushed to do more and they took care of his needs quickly, which is so amazing because he needed to get to work. He said the staff and dentist were extremely kind and he called to tell me to switch the kids over there as well. That's saying a lot coming from him! We are so impressed with the customer service, work done, and overall good feeling they give. Keep up the amazingness!!

There is some kind of tiny beetle infestation in this office. One came out of the magazine I tried to look through that was provided in the waiting area, and one was crawling on me as I left the office. Plus they excepted my…read moreinsurance which is EMI, which is a plus because other places I called you before hand did not. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and the whole experience. My general dentist mentioned I would be needing a root canal on one of my teeth. I was not in pain but I waited a bit too long before getting it taken care of and it grew into an infection that made my cheek swell and my inner upper gumline bulge. I got put on an anabiotic by my GD and saw Canyon Creek a few days later. They were very nice and straightforward explaining everything. As any root canal it did take some time, but I was surprised that he was able to work around the bulge and the drain (of the infection/puss)during the procedure. He was able to get it done without having me come back after the infection drained. I didn't want to have to come back for another visit as my schedule is pretty strict. So this was the perfect scenario for me. He numbed me up and went to town. Making sure I was comfortable and suctioning behind the balloon frequently. All in all I could have not been more comfortable. They gave me a call the next day to make sure I was doing OK. I am unable to take Advil or ibuprofen because I am on blood thinners so the doctor prescribed me a different anti-inflammatory and I was able to pick that up from the pharmacy. The bulge went down pretty much right away after the procedure. Great experience, hope the work holds up and I won't loose my tooth.

I had a toothache so I called them up. they were able to see me within the hour. I called them at 9am and I was sitting in the chair getting my tooth x-ray at 9:45(good luck finding anywhere else that will see you so quickly). It turns out I needed some work done and I had a sinus infection. I got a temp crown, 3 fillings, a full cleaning, antibiotics, and prescription pain meds all within the same day(I came back a week later to finish the crown). and it didn't break my wallet! I was pleasantly surprised. My insurance paid for 4/5ths of the procedure. My teeth are in good shape and my bite is perfect. I quite enjoyed the professionals who worked on me. They were really kind and considerate. I kept getting bits of stuff in my beard during the procedure but the hygienist was careful to keep me clean and my dignity was protected. I felt like a real person and they treated my like one. I'll be coming back in 6 months for my next cleaning. Thank you for your help stonehaven!
