The rooms were clean, which is always one of my top priorities, and the customer service was excellent. A special shout-out to Lisa, who works the evening shift. She took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering her. When the weather changed and all flights were canceled, I ended up having to stay an extra night. Lisa was just as friendly and helpful the second evening as she was the first.

Perfectly acceptable rest stop…read more As a hotel, it checks all the boxes one looks for in a location. Clean rooms, slightly warm indoor pool, basic breakfast, and a standard lobby with friendly staff. Rooms have a standard amount of wear. Some of the bathroom fixtures were showing signs of damage, corners have dings, ceilings have bald spots and patches, nothing is dirty but everything just has those signs of use. None of it is offensive. with these styles of hotels having the same rough layout, it highlights the minor cosmetic flaws. Beds were firm, pillows were somewhat flimsy, and delivery services refused to go inside to drop off food. But the front end staff were very friendly and hospitable. All in all, it's effective as a close-by airport hotel. Nothing flashy, but affordable and functional. Go in with minimal expectations and you will find just enough to be satisfied.

We needed to be in town for a family visit and opted for this hotel. I only stayed here because I…read moregot a good deal through my airline to get more airline points if I stayed here. Checking in was decent, the lady working the front desk was very happy to help, she also did a nice job taking care of us by giving us new towels when housekeeping didn't refresh out room the next morning after our first night. The property itself it horribly rundown and in desperate need of being refurbished: * It has 3 elevators and one of them worked * The bathroom curtain was stained and the drywall around the tub was patched over more than once, not sanded and re-painted and just left to look disgusting * The HVAC in the room worked, but had a loud squeaky motor and it had to be controlled from the unit itself, even though there's a thermostat on the wall - made no sense. * The carpets throughout were stained and showed hi-traffic and not being cleaned * The lobby's cloth chairs were all stained and looked nasty * There was an exterior door to the lower level which was broken and left ajar * Gutters have come disconnected and are falling off the building * The bed sounded hollow when getting into it and sinking in it I could go on-and-on - Bottom line, I'd never stay here again!

I tried to get some money back because the room was so awful and the elevator was broken and was told I was given the option to cancel for a full refund when I checked in. I was NEVER told I could get a refund. The hotel manager I spoke with was rude. If it wasn't for the fact that everywhere else was booked up, I would have stayed somewhere else!

Disappointed. Not in the accommodations, per se…read more *I note that the manager of the hotel called and explained to me that there is no concern about the room flooding/being rained upon/in. I was grateful. As a result - my concerns/questions were answered and therefore, I add this paragraph as further comment/review - and to confirm that I am satisfied with the explanation received and the plan for moving forward at the hotel.* Please continue reading the review with the above in mind. 3rd update to this review - the hotel advertised online a business center which does not exist. Hopefully this will be updated for those travelers that book this hotel assuming that advertised services will be made available. At the time of this posting - with personal experience - I can affirm that the property DOES NOT have a business center - even though such amenity is advertised online. The breakfast is wonderful and the customer service at breakfast is very good, The disappointment is that when I checked in - the agent did not communicate until AFTER. Payment and AFTER escorting me in the elevator to the top floor that a (apparently significant) roof leak exists. The agent told me that "if it rains - and my room floods, please let the front desk know and they will attempt to move me to a new room or sister hotel." This is my 4th stay at the property. It would seem to me that a "regular" (or any customer) would be due the courtesy to know ahead of payment/checking that this issue is ongoing and may affect the stay in the event of rain. If it rains - and I am at work/away - will my personal belonging be ruined/damaged/affected? I mean no ill regard to the agent at the front desk. My question is that if management knows this is an issue - why rent the room in the first place? Does the (potential/possibility) of the inconvenience and/or interruption come with a discount even? I didn't ask for one - I'm just posing aloud - under what circumstances should one inquire with management about this situation and what is reasonable for guests to expect in this situation? Interesting scenario - and I hope it won't rain for my 4 night stay!

The elevator is larger than any hotel elevator I've ever seen and the rooms are very spacious without feeling empty. The bed is comfortable. The room felt so clean that when I normally wipe all the surfaces with a disinfectant wipe, I didn't feel the need here. There are electrical outlets for not only normal two prongs, but also many USB and even a couple universal outlets on the desk lamp for those international travelers.
