Brenda is a wonderful businesswoman, very professional, friendly, competent and cares about her customers, willing to spend time with each client to address their individual requirements. Each time we bring our artwork, there are other customers picking up their framed pieces, in awe her gorgeous work. This has very much been our own experience with her as well. Her pricing is appropriate for the amount of effort she puts into all the work. Despite how busy she is, she always responds in a timely manner to any inquiries which is deeply appreciated. This made me extremely nervous as I didn't want the scarf harmed in any way, but after speaking with Kettlewell & Edward's, I decided to go with them, and I'm so glad I did. They took their time showing me different combinations of mats and frames because the scarf had so many colors in it. I had no problem waiting 2 months for the finished product and it came out better than I could have thought. A lot of Hermes scarfs show bunching or wrinkles once stitched because it's difficult to get it squarely perfect, but mine came out just right. My experience here started with me trying to get my grandmother's painting framed. I brought it in…read moreand we established what frame would best suit the painting. Fast forward a week and I go to pick it up, and here is where the experience goes downhill. Upon arrival to pick up the frame and painting I noticed a half dollar sized brown smudge in the upper left hand corner. Upon inspection I came to the conclusion that it was possibly poo. I asked the owner who I had been dealing with exclusively what she thought it might be or come from and she became irate and said that had been there the entire time. Excuse me? But I don't think I would have given you a painting my grandmother had made with poo smeared on it. She then decided to curse me out, threaten me and accuse me of trying to get out of paying for the framing. The audacity that I would somehow smear poo on my grandmothers painting to get out of paying for a rather average frame job is insulting. Overall, terrible experience with the lack of respect to others and customer service. I was simply trying to figure out how poo could have possibly gotten on the painting. Thanks for ruining my experience and my painting.
