I've been coming here since they opened. The staff is always welcoming and wonderful. Today, I stopped in at about 1pm as I wait for my car to get detailed next door (SoftTouch Car Wash). I chose a healthier option today. The 5 Mary 3 consists of grilled chicken breast, cottage cheese, tomato slices, fruit, and a slice of whole grain bread. Great food, my mom, sister and grandma like to come here for breakfast and lunch. Small place but the servers are fast and attentive. The only negative I have to say would be when I came to pickup my takeout order earlier this year, (i'm assuming) the manager was very rude and seemed like he was in a hurry to get me out of the door... I wasn't standing on the correct side of him... he snapped and pointed to come to his opposite side... I felt very anxious... Unfortunately this interaction will forever stick with me... Super fresh food super fast service full bar was also very good. Small but so cute and cozy. Both times I have been there it was busy but that did not affect my experience negatively at all. Everyone works together to make sure everyone has what they need. I'm sorry it took me 3 years to try it. I have had breakfast and lunch there and both were fantastic. Went here for brunch and had a lovely meal! I got the nopal Pacifico and it was so good! Lots of cactus which has the texture and looks similar to green peppers but so much better! I also really enjoyed their draft sangria, usually sangria is really sweet for me and I don't usually feel much after them, but 2 of these I actually felt a little tipsy. Just a heads up: Parking could be an issue, depending on the time of day in my personal opinion. Their parking is in the other side of the lot, not where the car wash is. We get there, we were welcomed & acknowledged by the front end staff. He brought us to our table and their restaurant menu is via QR Code. My Girlfriend ordered the Nopales Omelette. Comes with: cilantro, onion, tomato, cojita & avocado with home fries and side of Sourdough Bread. I ordered the Fiesta. Comes with: scrambled eggs with cilantro, green onion & tomato with grilled chicken breast & shredded cheddar; served with home fries, sautéed onion, bell pepper, flour tortilla & salsa. We waited for our order to be ready and we we're sitting outside, under the canopy. Our food came and I could tell that if was prepared fresh. As well as the portions were good in my opinion. My Girlfriend enjoyed the nopales and the dish overall. I as well enjoyed my Fiesta dish, especially the tortilla, which was huge. Our overall experience was great and our server provided good customer service. In my personal opinion, I would recommend Riverside Grill & Bar if you are looking for local restaurant with good Breakfast selections. Cozy little spot that I came to for the first time, and I would describe it as a hidden gem. Literally this place is right next to a car wash on a busy street, but when you sit inside, I felt like I was out on vacation having a cozy breakfast. Riverside Grill & Bar is hidden by a lot of greenery, including some beautiful plants, making you forget there is a car wash next door. They had a variety of breakfast dishes that my wife and I wanted to try, but it came down to the chilaquiles. I've never had chilaquiles with small bits of chips, but it was delicious! I felt like the crunch of the tortillas chips was different than what I'm use to with the big chips. The over easy eggs were cooked to perfection, and the rice and beans were scrumptious. The glass cup of coffee was a nice touch to the experience. I am not from the area so I won't be able to visit often as I would like, but it made such a good impression that I will definitely make the drive to come back soon. read more

Left here crying because of bad the service was and how I was treated. My food came out cold and the server never came back to check on us. We had someone different come back after 30 minutes and ask us if I needed a box and I let him know we had been waiting. Instead of addressing the issue he walked to get the tablet to pay and rang me up and walked away leaving the tablet on the table. When I ordered my food, I asked for my eggs over easy. And she said I would have to order a safe egg because the scrambled inside the chilaquilles was not able to be substitute. For starters parking is difficult since it is shared with the mechanics in the back and car wash on the side. The restaurant is small on the inside but has a outdoor patio on the side and they also have an indoor/outdoor patio in the front where you enter that has fans and heaters above. My only concern and part of the reason I removed a star is due to the fact since it's an indoor/outdoor restaurant (that also is surrounded by plants) it is infested with mosquitos. My family and I got bit during the whole hour there, which made eating there very uncomfortable that we rushed to eat and leave. They should really consider getting something to help with that since there were both the really tiny mosquitos and the striped ones too. For food I got the avocado toast which was so good especially with the capers! My mom got the egg plate that comes with home style potatoes, 2 eggs, sausage (or bacon) and toast (her toast was a bit dry). My husband got a burger with fries which are so thick but he still really enjoyed it all. The food also had came out quickly after it was ordered! I would probably not come back though due to the mosquitoes, parking, and it's really loud with the car wash next door, food is good but not enough to come back. When we asked for her to clean it she suggested we grab another chair or move to another table. Already we should have just left. I ordered the basix, food was just ok. My friend ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw in the middle. How can you not see that it was raw?
