This was suggested as a breakfast place by a friend. I was amazed to hear of this place, as it's been almost 5 years since I last came here with my former coworkers. A lot has changed, and for the better! I went on a busy Tuesday morning when parking was scarce. I'd keep this in mind if I were planning a group brunch gathering, as alternative parking might have to be considered. Nonetheless, it was no surprise that both their indoor and outdoor areas were busy! One has to order inside with the cashier, and the food will be brought out by a server to wherever one sits. Although it was busy, the line to order moved quickly, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I'd suggest looking at the menu before visiting so you don't overwhelm yourself, as they have a variety of breakfast and lunch options. I got the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast with a side of scrambled eggs. The portion of the French toast was extremely generous and memorable. Every time I was in the area, I was either too busy to stop or they had already closed (they close at 2 PM), so I was excited to finally check it out. It did not disappoint! We ordered the Country Breakfast, Tri-Tip Skillet, Cinnamon Roll French Toast, and the TAH Special. Everything was absolutely delicious. The food tasted fresh, homemade, and made with quality ingredients. Their homemade syrup was especially good. My husband liked it so much that he bought some to take home! It's a cute little house turned into a café restaurant you go in you look over the menu and you place your order and you pay first then you find a place to sit there is some seating inside and there is more seating outside. I mean there are more menu options but i don't care, i have always gotten the same things, farmers skillet with spelt bread and my wife would get simply eggs and potatos with spelt avocado toast and we would split the pancakes. 1. The pancakes looked perfect until we took the top one off and saw the bottom 4 were all burnt. And to top it all off my wife asked for ketchup packets and the waitress said to just use the ketchup on the table. My wife said it had a hair on it. She took the bottle away and came back a few minutes and said this is all she had, she brought back the same bottle with the hair on it. Jesus Christ what happened to this place!!! We were expecting to wait to sit and eat, so we were surprised when we were told it was a 15 minute wait time, but it took us 30 minutes to order and another 45 minutes after that to get our food. We decided to return here for breakfast and we were impressed with the service this time around. Surprisingly it wasn't busy for a Friday morning and we ordered quickly. Came here for a team breakfast with my work on a Thursday morning. They have limited parking at the front, but can park next door so there is more than enough parking. It is a cute little place that you can easily drive by and miss. The outdoor patio seating area was nice and refreshing, it gave it a feel as if we were doing a picnic. You have to order at the window and the line was very long! My coworker who placed the order was in the queue for about 30 mins! Our food came out at a reasonable time after placing the order. I was confused with my dish because it was supposed to be an omelette and instead I got what scrambled egg whites with cheese on top that identified as an omelette. They move things along quickly without making you feel rushed. Once you've ordered and sat down, food comes out fast and hot. Now for the food: the cinnamon French toast is my absolute favorite. It's thick, fluffy, and comes with in their house-made caramel maple syrup on the side that tastes like dessert in the best way possible. I always ask for more because I run out of this magical syrup. The avocado toast is a must, especially if you get it with smoked salmon and eggs. On my latest visit, I branched out and tried the quesadilla with tri-tip, guac, salsa, and jalapeños.. We also split "The Craving," a sourdough sandwich with grilled onions, peppers, and cheese. I used to love this place but maybe i just ordered wrong. I got a spinach and artichoke omelette, gold the bacon and add avocado and raspberry jam for my toast. First they forgot the avocado on the omelette and then didnt bring me jam. Upon asking they came out with a side of avocado and told me they didn't have raspberry jam, so they brought out a smuckers strawberry jam. The Avocado House I came on a Monday morning. They have 2 parking lots and both were full upon arrival. I had to drive back around the parking lot and found a spot in about 5 minutes. The line to order took about 10 minutes to get through. They have menus along the line you can look at prior to placing your order. Inside looks like a nice relaxing place with plenty of seating. Temperature was cooler than outside, but could be a little chilly if you're easily cold. A light jacket will should keep you warm. I chose the outside area in the back that feels like you're in a garden. My table ordered the Classic Turkey Sandwich, Tri-Tip Skillet and 2 Pancakes. Drinks were served right away as we sat. The Turkey Sandwich came out within a few minutes. Pancakes took about 10 minutes to be served. They had a delay for some reason and my Tri-Tip took about 20-25 minutes to be served. I was in no rush this morning, so I wasn't mad about the time, but I'm sure many others would have complained. Once I had my food, it was absolutely delicious. Tri-tip scramble was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Very big and filling portions. The pancakes came with a syrup, but I'm not sure what the flavor was. It was good regardless. I ate the pancakes last, so they were sitting there for about 30 minutes, but still were great to eat! Food was 5/5, Service 5/5, but the time to deliver the food 3/5. You walk into the store and you pay for your order. Once you pay for your order, they will give you a table number / character. Once you look for an open spot to sit, they will bring your food out to you based off your table number. There are indoor and outdoor seating. The waiter staff, designs, and food taste really good. Talk about a hidden gem! I absolutely loved the setup they have here, order up front, then find a table anywhere (inside or outside) and they bring you the food based on your number card. The food was tasty and delicous and after, we took our coffee and explored the small backyard grounds and chicken coop.
