If I had to choose only one item from someone to try it's definitely the bacon double cheeseburger with the upgraded chili cheese fries the burger flavor and taste is bomb, that secret sauce they put in there really takes it for me. Came in on a cold day and the restaurant itself was freezing inside, which made it hard to relax. The place is big with lots of seating, and the staff was friendly enough, but the overall experience felt pretty average. My husband Mike and I tried the Tuesday $10 burger special. The burger was cooked fine but overloaded with lettuce, and the fries were just standard crispy fries. Looking at the rest of the menu, prices seemed high for the quality. I gave it three stars because it was mid for us. Service was fine, food was fine, but for the price it didn't feel special enough to come back. Yeah I give up on this place and no longer coming back anymore lol. I always order the steak and eggs medium rare but today was the last day I ever come back. Steak beyond well done, as tough as beef jerky, asked for extra butter on my English muffin and it was almost burnt and there was barely any butter on it at all, hashbrowns beyond cooked almost burnt as well and had a charcoal taste to it not to mention the portion size of it looked like a kids meal. Been coming for years for my family and I but today was the last day I'll ever be coming back. They'll never get it right. Ranch Burgers was THE spot to go to growing up in Chino. There was something special about the vibes that really captured what Chino was all about, and many families enjoyed their Saturday mornings eating breakfast, sharing a Chicken Dinner, or bought a hamburger family pack. Over time, with change of ownership, the quality and taste of the food dwindled and Ranch Burgers was in the back of my mind. With the most recent owner change i decided to go back for nostalgia since i hadn't been in years and didn't expect much. I'm glad i did! The food is so good and I'm glad they've kept the menu true to the original. Really tastes like it did back in the day. Chicken dinners and family packs are back in my rotation! I came here with my mom after seeing that Flo's nearby was closed for the day. This place is located in a plaza across the street. It has a western theme going on. I wanted to try their steak and eggs ($14.50) which came with eggs of your choice, hash browns, and two slices of bread. My mom decided to get the sausage and egg ($8.50). The steak was moist and a good size. The food came quickly and it was filling. The eggs were not seasoned and the hash browns were hot and crispy. I would always pass by this place while commuting to work, so finally ended up going and it's a fantastic restaurant. The look and feel of the restaurant is rustic and ranchy without being too overbearing. Here and there you'll find cow bells or farm equipment. Love it! Staff was friendly and food was enjoyable. Everything was made to order and tasted fresh. Their menu seems to encompass different price points which helps get a meal even if you only have less than $10 I mainly just started with a burger special of the day. Just sitting here for 10 minutes I seen two issues which shoulda been a clear sign that this place was weak. One gentleman walked in returning a burnt burger. Next, a guy complained and was refunded money for being over charged. I was then handed my 3 cheeseburgers and chili fries all in one bag. I couldn't even make it to my car when the bag ripped.
