Kenni, the owner, is amazing and always makes sure you're fully informed. The service techs are always very nice and knowledgeable! I love that buying tires here comes with a warranty that allows you to come in for tire maintenance as needed. I've stopped by for a couple of low tire pressure issues and they patch up my tire at no extra cost! Do recommend making an appointment as it is much quicker than walking in and keep in mind Saturday is their busiest day!
