I've been getting pizza here for years and unfortunately I won't be again after the experience I had Saturday with the issue still not resolved. I ordered a pizza and had it delivered. $27.18 is a lot to pay for a pizza but when it's delivered destroyed with the cheese literally hanging off the box it's just completely unacceptable. My husband called and ended up driving the pizza back to riverside. He was told my card would be refunded... well it was only partially refunded and the remaining charge went through today. Absolutely awful! Would give zero stars if I could. Food took 1 hour and 45 minutes for 2 pizzas, buffalo wings, and fries. When we called to check in on the order we were told it was an issue with the driver. When the delivery driver finally showed up he blamed the delay on issues with the online ordering service. The food was disgusting. Both pizzas were cold with paper thin, practically transparent, limp, lifeless crust. The fries were cold and pasty tasting. Ordered on line at 620pm. On line service said pick up 648-658. I arrived at 650, so expected to wait, but not til 720. Place was busy to cut them slack for wait. Staff apologized for delay. Got pizza home and was shocked at lack of ingredients. $16.50 for small bbq chicken pizza and had to look hard to find any chicken! Great eggplant pizza. Dough is top notch - fresh, great chew, slightly crispy. Prices are very fair. Fried mushrooms were decent.

This is just sad. Mozzarella sticks stuck together and unfried in between. Is it really that hard to shake them in the fryer? Is it that hard to brush your oven? I love having all this crap all over the cheese on my pizza read more

We have got food from Riverside in the past. Sandwiches and pizza. We have been impressed at how good it was. Today (Sunday) we had company and called in a large order to Riverside. Subs and a couple of pizzas. While the subs were excellent and freshly made, surprisingly, the pizzas were cold and bone dry. Even the crust was not chewy. Very dry. That clearly tells me they were pre-made. Possibly even from the previous night? We were quite disappointed. C'mon, Riverside you can do better than that. read more

The new owners are atrocious! I used to be able to come into riverside and order two slices. They would make me a small fresh pie that was always perfect, and you could tell they cared. They packed packets of ranch in the fridge that stayed fresh and cold. Today I was extremely disappointed. I walked into riverside after ordering my slices. I paid more then 12$ for two slices and a drink, which I thought was way too much initially. After paying, the cashier told me there was slices on the side. I look to my left and there is what looks like a 4 hour old pizza spinning on one of those warming trays. The pizza was not warm and extremely burnt. The ranch I received was also hot, and I could tell it was sitting out in room temperature for what seemed like a week. This pizza used to be my favorite place in town, and now it's filled with people that don't seem to care. read more

Ordered 3 subs over the phone. 2 meatball subs and 1 ham and cheese. Sounded easy enough. Got to Riverside about 20 minutes after call. Surprised to see curbside delivery only. We were the only car in the lot. Waited at least 5 minutes before the subs were brought out. Once at home, I noticed that my meatballs were a horrific dark brown- black color on the inside. Absolutely not the texture, or color, a meatball is expected to be. Poor service, questionable product, and a customer who will never return. read more

Deleo's Pizza in Groveland, MA is an excellent place for lunch or dinner. They have very good pizza, and I love their subs as well. The new owners Cliff and Mary are very nice, and has in my opinion brought this restaurant to another level. I personally enjoy the veggie sub as well as the pizza with buffalo chicken or the works. The best pizza I have ever had! Just your local pizza shop but better. The pizza is always crispy and the tomato sauce is sweet with the right amount of spcies. I like DeLeo's. This is not the best pizza I have ever had, but I am not just rating the pizza. The pizza is very good, and I have not found one significantly better to my liking in the area, and they make it the way we ask. They advertise brick oven on their menu but I don't think so. I guess I could be wrong, but It looks like they glued fake rocks on a regular pizza oven. This ultimately doesn't make the pizza any better or worse. The calzones that I have had from there are huge. I like them, but I wish I could get half, or a single serving and I would probably buy them more often. The garden salad is iceberg lettuce, onion, carrot, cucumbers, green pepper and tomato wedges. It's good, though I would like to see some different greens mixed with the iceberg. I really like their french fries and they are plentiful and always come hot. The sandwiches we have gotten there have always been fresh and tasty. The steak cheese is hot and tender. I also like the chicken finger sub and the hot pastrami. It's a small place with a booth and a few tables, but nice to stop by for a quick lunch. The people there are always friendly and helpful, and I can't imagine a harder working group of people. They make the pizza the way we ask and there has rarely been a problem with a wrong order. It's a great local eatery and if you're in the area it's worth stopping in for a try. They have daily specials like a slice and soda or a burger and soda. The prices are in line with the food and service and I think a pretty good value. read more

Chicken was dry and shaped like pebbles. just a little feta cheese on it. Terrible pizza! We ordered a large pizza and garden salads. They estimated a 35 minute delivery time but instead it took closer to 75 minutes. When the pizza arrived, the box was crushed and cheese was stuck to top of box. The vegetables on the pizza were burnt. The pita bread that came with the salads was thick and doughy.
