Here's why our experience has been superior to previous companies: All three specialists were not only punctual, friendly, and courteous, but they took their time to evaluate our issues in CLEAR layman terms corroborated by photos, and showing us exactly where the problems were in person. We previously obtained a quote from a large corporate company and was left feeling dumbfounded and stressed as they described the nature of our problem in engineering, technical jargon that made absolutely no sense, including astronomical quotes without explanation of the work entailed. We continued experiencing intermittent issues with our AC and heater so we called Friends & Family based on their excellent reviews. This time around, with Friends & Family, we left feeling knowledgeable and reassured, with reasonable quotes including various discount eligibility. Edit: I also wanted to mention the process to schedule a time/day for someone to come out was seamless. Customer service was friendly, easy going, but also I received texts/info with Rigoberto's picture during arrival as well. All of this gave me so much reassurance that this company not only cares about your happiness but also your safety which is crucial in this day and age when someone comes to your home. Rigoberto wore booties too and it is always so nice when contractors respect your home.

This 4 star review is just for the tile installation as everything else was lowkey a nightmare. We had talked about everything we need done in our restroom and Julio said it's possible. First day, one of his guys shows up and had no idea what we wanted and said some requests were impossible so he went home and more guys came back the next day. There was a huge miscommunication with every person that has shown up to our home, with guys even not coming at all unless I called Julio. We had asked for the tub to get new caulking and silicone and were under the assumption that he would remove the old one, dry it out, reinstall, etc. but he just added a new layer on top. By the 4th day of this I knew no one was coming so I ended up finding other contractors. They also hooked up the pipes in our vanity and the hot and cold water are swapped, and it started leaking. Sadly I feel like I was naïve to think one flooring company can do everything I requested and the work should have been split between other contractors.
