He has always been fair with charges, telling us up front if there's a co-pay or out of pocket cost. He is gentle and uses accommodations to help make any dental work done more pleasant. For example, I have sensitive gums, so they have a note in their computer to use warm water (instead of cold) so it doesn't hurt my gums with the cold water blast. I'd recommend their office for anyone looking for a kind, friendly dental staff. Thank you!

One of the receptionist was extremely rude when doing the follow up call, and actually told me she had to hang up and help someone else while I was in the middle of asking follow up care questions. The only person who had any sort of bedside manner was the dental assistant. I wouldn't recommend this dentist office to anyone even if it's a last choice. She always greets us with a welcoming smile that makes us feel at ease, and I super appreciate her helpfulness with scheduling and reminding me about appointments. She is also extremely knowledgeable and always answers all my questions about insurance and such. Kyle was even cool when my kids weren't being on their best behavior. The dental assistants are efficient and work well with the Dr. and I especially like their hygienist, best cleaning I have ever had! The care was ok at the Richland location, however, my issue is with the billing dept. Oasis does…read morenot bill in house, but is processed through upstream rehabilitation. I have only received 1 invoice, I have requested via email and by telephone, but have yet to receive one. When I attempted to call on multiple occasions, you are put on an immediate hold for anywhere from 10-30 minutes. After multiple attempts, I did get through, the woman explained my bill had gone up since the last bill, for a service that had not been billed yet. I did explain I emailed and did not receive a response, but I had not received any updated invoices with new charges or my payments. She indicated she would start sending. I received services in 2024 and have yet to receive another invoice. I have made a couple additional payments, but again I am not receiving an invoice to see that they are being applied, etc. I have again sent several emails and attempted to call and be on hold, but did not receive responses, until today I was called by a collection agency! I contacted the Better Business Bureau and am finally contacted by Upstream Rehabilitation to state that I made a verbal agreement to pay. I said I did not make a verbal agreement, what I stated was I would make payments as I received invoices. I believe I have the right to know what charges were applied, what insurance has covered and how my payments are applied to account. If you go to Upstream Rehabilitation you will see most reviews are the same as mine. This feels like a scam to send to collections by not answering emails or calls or providing invoices reflecting payments, balances or what was billed through and accepted by insurance. BE AWARE if you receive services as Oasis, you will be billed through Upstream Rehabilitation.
