As someone with HIGH dental anxiety, I was very nervous about trying a new dentist after moving from Seattle. After a handful of negative experiences at different dental offices, Dr. Warner and his team were a breath of fresh air! They explained the procedure I would need, reassured me, and took time to make sure I was doing okay at each step of the procedure. It was a three hour root canal and Dr. Warner was present for all of it, taking off the dental dam when it was possible so I could rest my jaw during such a long procedure. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth deserves 5 stars. The remainder of the visit earned 1 star, at best. On a recommendation from a past patient, I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and see Dr. Breier for an exam. I took the first available appointment about 3 weeks out. All was fine when I arrived, and I didn't have to wait long to be taken to a room. That hygienist (not the one who cleaned my teeth) told me to rinse with an unidentified liquid and then not directly answer my question when I asked if all staff working with me during the appointment were vaccinated. That hygienist did find a fully vaccinated hygienist to do my cleaning, so I proceeded with the appointment. Though I had made the appointment to see Dr. Breier, I instead received a very cursory and curt exam from Dr. Sainsbury. Despite the Tri-Cities being in the midst of a COVID surge, Dr. Sainsbury was not properly masked most of the time, and I don't know if he was vaccinated. That, coupled with his condescending manner, made for an unpleasant and potentially unsafe exam. A not so lovely extra - I was hit with a bill for the x-rays that they took as part of new patient intake. It would have been nice to know that they weren't covered, or at least have the choice to decline. What should have been a red flag on the website - there is no information about the individual dentists, including basic stuff like names, education, etc. The heck? The paraffin hand wraps and goody bags are nice but do not replace cleanliness, communication, and decent dentistry. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

So impressed. As a new retiree, no dental insurance, and excruciating pain in my tooth I needed dental help fast. Lifetime Dental got me in fast, Dr. W helped me through my pain. they scheduled a root canal for me, but the tooth was too far gone. Desperate, I asked if Lifetime Dental could get me in and they did same day, for emergency tooth extraction. Even then when my tooth wouldn't cooperate they scheduled an oral surgeon to remove the tooth that same day! My pain relieved, I relaxed today on some meds, only to receive a phone call from the Dr. S asking me how I was and giving me comfort. Well done and thank you for your compassion! read more

They charge me $3,000, for a crown and abutment; Put wrong color crown in my mouth, tried to charge me twice for another job, and the crown that cost me $3,000 is too short on back, collecting food, and the doctor said, you do not trust me, i do not want to work with you, because I asked for his help to fix the crown! Worst denturists in town. Just paid $2,071 for dentures that should perfectly fit. They are too small terrible fitting. The dentures feels like the material they use to make dolls with. The dentist said they have best denturists in town therefore my dentures should feel good and fit like a glove. You do not want to get dentures here. An expensive rip off. It's possible to get dentures from Amazon as good as these. They have such high ratings but can't figure out why or from where. I can tell you it's not because they have the best denturists in town. Go to another dentist for dentures it can't be worse.The spa features like neck pillow, blankets and the hand spa must be the business they should be in. I don't know why they wanted to rip me off. It's a lie that they have the best denturists in town and $2,071 should be premium top of the line best dentures. This constitutes lieing and stealing. I have always been treated with kindness, patience and understanding. My comfort is always a priority to them. I've been going to see Dr. Breier for many years now but it's becoming increasingly difficult to get in, even for dental emergencies. The receptionists try to book you with one of the other dentists who are probably fine but I go to Lifetime Dental to see Dr. Breier. I need a root canal and can't see him for another month. I'm ready to jump ship and find another practice. All the amenities at Lifetime aren't worth it if you can't get in to see your own dentist. I give Dr. Breier 5 stars but good luck seeing him when you need to. read more

I can't believe that I am actually taking time to write a review for a dentist visit but after the phenomenal experience I had today I have to let others know about how great this office is. From my very first call to make an appointment all the way through having a broken tooth removed I was impressed and felt at ease. They have a wonderful way of making you feel like a person who matters and not just a bigger paycheck. When I left my jaw was hurting. I finally made the switch to Lifetime Dental Care. I can't say enough how happy I am, that I made the switch. I came from a one doctor office that felt like a dental mill, where the one doctor jumped from patient to patient and if there was an issue with one it backed everything up. Wait times were horrendous. I felt that dentist was still practicing old school treatment in his approach IMO. From the first day I spoke with Lifetime, they made me feel welcome and like I was important. From the front desk staff to the hygienist to the dentist. Everyone made me feel super comfortable. I now do not dread the oh crap I have dentist appointment, too I want to go because of the care and expertise and the feeling of comfort I get at this office. My primary doctor is now Dr. Sainsbury. What an awesome human being he is. He and the staff made me feel welcome and took all the Anxiety of being a new patient away within minutes. I look forward now in my next routine exams in the future. This is now our family's Dental care office for as long as we live in the Tri Cities. Kudos Lifetime dental. read more

Snippy receptionist, recommended procedures that are unnecessary in order to swindle money out of you, and overbearing calls not just to you, but any family members they might have a number for. On top of that, they book you out 4 months in advance and expect you to have a completely clear schedule to accommodate them. read more

Everyone is so kind and makes a actual effort to get to know you and make a connection and remember you, also they have a calm package that's free with check ups and they will give you a blanket and paraffin wax on your hands. They also make great Accommodations if you don't want something. Also for being a new member you get a goodie bag with chapstick and face masks and other goodies. read more

Very disappointed - went to get a crown recemented....encouraged to get a new crown, told that Insurance would pay for a new crown no cost to me. After prep work I find that I had to wait not a week but months to get the new crown with a temporary that broke the first day and had to be replaced and it would cost me HUNDREDS of dollars- but no choice-the dentist had prepped the tooth. I feel like they just want to make money (expanded building is expensive) vs be honorable with their quote- quite the switch! Told Dr. would call - nope. read more

Lousy front office employees. They will schedule appointments without your consent! They also will argue with you without the proper information - like you do not know about your insurance or what procedure took place! Messed up a implant and then charged for the bone graft. - still have the scar on my gum and inner lip. Do not properly explain the procedures! Did the bone graff without consulting-just did it because of drilling thru jaw and gum to inside of mouth! read more

The whole Lifetime Dental team do their part to make you comfortable and happy. This is something that is important to me, especially considering I have had bad experiences with other dentist they work to be efficient with your time and no make you wait to be see. My family (husband and 2 daughters) have been patients at Lifetime Dental for over 20 years. Never had a bad experience with any staff member. Dr. Breire uses the newest technology to make the dentistry as comfortable as possible....example was a new method for making a crown mold that was so much better than the old method. The staff works with my insurance to control out of pocket expenses. Front desk has always been cordial even when I need to reschedule due to conflicts in my schedule or even dangerous weather. We plan to come back to Lifetime Dental even when we move to a new community in retirement. read more

Terrible dentist. Trouble with everything they did. The dental work, them billing the insurance, them over charging me...everything. Completely incompetent and unethical. I was told by my insurance not to pay what they are trying to over charge me for because they failed to document my dental work. Only saw the dentist for a couple minutes and he had untrained techs doing 90 percent of the work and they did a poor job. My new dentist was not pleased with the work done by lifetime dental. I can't believe anyone goes to this place. They give dentists a bad name. read more

The insurance would not pay for their very expensive dental work I had because they said it wasn't necessary and the dentist would not provide proof to them that it needed done. Office billed me for the work anyway and would not give me a discount. They also made mistakes that made my dental work uncomfortable because they were rushed. I was extremely impressed with the front office staff as well as the dental staff. Everyone made sure you were happy and comfortable and understood what was going on. I was given a tour of the office inclidong bathrooms, labs, office space. Everything was clean and neat and I was glad they walked me through everything instead of expecting me to know or ask. My hygenist was friendly, professional and took the time to get to know me a little before we started. I was always informed of what was going on and felt they thourghly made sure any questions or concerns I had were addressed. I was offered multiple things to make me comfortable and the chairs were light massage chairs. It was very relaxing and calm enviornment even though construction was going on. Almost every staff member apologized for the noise even though I barely noticed because of how great the office and staff were. The dentist came in and the hygenist stopped the cleaning and sat my chair up so I could meet him (since I was a new patient). He took the time to talk a little bit before examining my teeth which I havent always experienced. Ive had a lot of problems with other dentists not answering my questions or making me feel stupid. So having a dentist that actually took the time to sit and talk before doing anything was a huge plus. I feel like even though they might be busy they certainly didnt show it and took the time with each patient to make them feel informed and comfortable. And at the very end I received a wrapped gift for new patients, which was a cool waterbottle. Certainly was a nice touch! Honestly the best dental appointment I have ever experienced by far. If want happy endings with your dental work then you have found the right place! Otherwise go somewhere else. The wax hand dips and massage chairs and coffee machine and all that is just smoke and mirrors to distract from the fact that the dentists aren't doing any of the work, untrained staff are doing things the dentist should be doing. They are lubing you up so they can screw you and hope you don't notice and are quantity to make as much money as possible and they will squeeze every dollar out of you they can with their high estimates that get even high after the work is done. Look at their staff to dentist ratio and you will see it is amiss. Way too much staff and not enough dentists. They always want more more more money from you. Go there once and they will never leave you alone. Make and appointment then you get a text saying they moved it to whenever they want. Their work is terrible. I went to another dentist and he did his best to avoid saying the last dentist who did my work was inexperienced and ripped me off. Instead what he said is some of your recent dental work doesn't look right and is causing you pain and we will fix it. Do yourself a favor and find a new dentist, one who actually does the work and cares about quality. read more

I had a bad experience here. They advertise that they have massage chairs and paraffin and even aromatherapy. I was looking forward to this and the only thing I was offered was a neck wrap. I went in for a crown repair and even though I told them that I had x-rays 6 months ago they were going to do a full set of x-rays. When I explained this to the gal at the front desk she said "You will have a full set of x-rays on your next visit which was in two weeks". They ended up taking 3 x-rays of one tooth because one didn't turn out??? So much for trying to avoid excessive radiation. The dentist, Dr. Warner, then reattached my crown. I asked if he was going to numb me and he said the pain of the shot would be worse than what I was going to feel. This was not the case. I have never been in this much pain before at a dentist's office. No excuse for this. When I left I got in my car and when I bit down the only thing that touched was the crown he had put back on. I went back in and he drilled on the crown. It still doesn't feel like it did before he worked on it. I called them the next day to find out if they had received the x-rays from my previous dentist and no one called me back. I won't be going back. read more
