I called Ideal as they were recommended by my Physical Therapist who said she has been going there since she was a teenager. I explained to the receptionist that we had just moved here and were looking for a new dentist and wanted to get our teeth cleaned. The receptionist said, "no problem, we can get you scheduled and taken care of" which she did. I gave her our insurance over the phone so they would have the information for our visit. The call was on October 25th and our appointment was scheduled for October 31st at 1:00 PM. We showed up for our appointment about ten minutes early and, after a short wait, we were taken back for what we believed would be a checkup, X-rays and cleaning. That was not the case. After the routine checkup and X-rays, the dentist came in for a brief consultation and presented his plan for treatment. We were then escorted to meet with the finance person. We were told that our insurance would not accept the treatment done by Ideal and that we were liable for over $800 for the X-rays, exam and consultation. We left in shock. We are both in our mid 70's and on a fixed income. I would have thought that Ideal would have known the issues with our insurance before we came in and would have informed us of what to expect. We went back to our insurance, and they agreed to work with Ideal. We got the cost down to $652.00, still more than we have ever paid any dentist. We did find out, shame on us, that the issue with our insurance is due to the fact we went outside of network. But I still would have thought Ideal would have informed us of this ahead of time. $652,00 and we still didn't get our teeth cleaned.

They are above and beyond any other service and technology company I have ever utilized, going above and beyond my already higher than average expectations. Not only did my original implants (made by another local dentist) not fit properly, but, after making digital photos of same, had to remake them for a very reasonable fee. Beyond that, Josh suggested reinforcing them, and since that time, nearly a year ago, I have not had any problems, and they still look and act as if they are brand new. And the excellent serrvice extends all the way out to the office staff, who always treated me with respect and kindness, squeezing me in on an emergency during the holidays, and still seeing me when i was terribly late one time. You may receive perhaps a nominally better price (i cannot say for sure) but i can assure you will be hard pressed to receive better ongoing support, technical expertise, or true concern and compassion.
