They utilized a modern approach by texting me a link to fill-out paperwork on my smartphone or computer, to be completed before my visit. This has always been a pet peeve of mine. I was able to take my time and populate the documentation leisurely at home. This should become a standard at all medical facilities. I came in for a regular cleaning and ended up being pressured into unnecessary upsells. The dentist even said my teeth were in great shape, yet the staff refused to do the standard cleaning I was scheduled for and tried to charge me for a more expensive procedure even when I couldn't afford it. When I declined, they simply refused service. This place clearly prioritizes money over patient care. I left without the cleaning I came in for -- completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone who values honesty and integrity in their dental care.

Pat, who cleans my teeth is quick and efficient and remembers me when I come in. I think I have met or worked with just about every Dentist in the office and each is kind and professional. Dr. Rhoten is fine for regular dental business, but I would advise against using him for a occlusal guard. I had regular jaw pain before, but I was in life altering chronic pain for months while trying out the guard and getting adjustments. Even though I shelled out hundreds on the piece I had to start using my old retainer piece just to function. He's a fine person and regular Dr., but please use caution in regard to jaw issues. This experience was very upsetting and I will not be returning because of it.

I've been through a root canal with them, and I think they were pretty good about it, though I don't have any other experience to compare it with. It took 4 hours (Dr. Han's record), and it wasn't awful. They're also willing to work the system for you, so that's pretty sweet.

We regretted taking our 3 week old baby there- she was mildly tongue-tied so we scheduled a 'free…read moreconsultation'. I wish it'd been just that. Dr. Mohlman persuaded us by saying she was "severely restricted", and leading me to believe she needed both tongue and labial (upper lip) frenulums "released" - the sooner the better. So we had it done that day- the laser is an intense, painful burn that takes a long time to heal. I discovered doing research after the procedure that 76% of babies can be diagnosed as 'lip-tied' and do not need treatment- they will grow out of it. It was traumatic and painful for her. Her mood shifted from happy and content to fussy and at times inconsolable. We were told after the procedure that we needed to consult with a lactation consultant and chiropractor because her mid-line base had been compromised. We didn't need either or those prior. I wish I had waited and done more research before the appointment (I'd done a fair amount, but not enough to give me sufficient confidence to disagree with a dental professional that I wanted to trust). I wish I'd not trusted him or his consultation.

They are above and beyond any other service and technology company I have ever utilized, going above and beyond my already higher than average expectations. Not only did my original implants (made by another local dentist) not fit properly, but, after making digital photos of same, had to remake them for a very reasonable fee. Beyond that, Josh suggested reinforcing them, and since that time, nearly a year ago, I have not had any problems, and they still look and act as if they are brand new. And the excellent serrvice extends all the way out to the office staff, who always treated me with respect and kindness, squeezing me in on an emergency during the holidays, and still seeing me when i was terribly late one time. You may receive perhaps a nominally better price (i cannot say for sure) but i can assure you will be hard pressed to receive better ongoing support, technical expertise, or true concern and compassion. Columbia Basin Denture Serice may someday be equalled, but not likely ever bested. I am willinng to bet on them as best not just in tricities, but anywhere else in this country!
