The hygienist Alethea was so gentle taking her time and kept my mind off my nerves. Dr. Madsen was thorough and answered all my questions (it had been a while since seeing a dentist... ugh lockdown) I felt back in control of my oral health and confident in knowing I was in great hands!!! I spoke with the office manager (I think her name was Jenny) to get some clarification on my insurance coverage which was super helpful (that is never easy to understand). Overall a GREAT experience, I found my new happy place when it comes time to take care of my pearly whites!!!

There's a play area for the kiddos - and that's one of the only neat things about this place. The dental hygienist was decent. She did come off as a bit pushy IMO. The "can you do this, can you do that" .. no manners! Really!? The dentist was rushing and her hygienist did NOT clean any of the teeth! Too much poking around in the mouth and talk about random things that made NO sense. Going to the dentist makes people anxious and they like having their person with them. Denying them (the patient) that right when they're at the dentist for a cleaning is just wrong IMO. Anxiety is real and it can be crippling. The fear is hard to describe- other than I cried.
