Basic full service pool side bar. The frozen drinks come out of a machine and a little week. Staff is very friendly. Prices are what you would expect for a resort...pricy. It is convenient that is right by the pool and lazy river.

Inside the ambiance is a mix between a bougie lounge, an elevated pub, and a whiskey bar. The lighting is intimate, there is fun decor and furniture all around The staff were friendly and professional. They are more dressed up than your typical bartenders, and each drink is artisanal and made with care The menu offers a variety of drinks, but make no mistake, this is a whiskey bar, so, whiskey is the main draw. And there's whiskeys from all over. You can have a cocktail, neat, on the rocks, etc. You can find very rare whiskeys, top shelf, and more. This is an experience, so, I wouldn't expect inexpensive drinks, but it's not crazy prices Some tips: Ask your bartender about "Flight Club" (whiskey flights) They also have an impressive humidor, and if you want to enjoy a cigar you can, but you might have to sit on the covered patio outside Cheers!!

BUT after sitting for 15 minutes and finally giving up on service and heading to the bar ( where the one person serving asked if we had already been helped - WHO do you think helped us ?? It's not that hard and the waiter we did end up with told us that various restaurants close each night depending on occupancy?! Grabbed a drink; and an appetizer from the sports bar and called it a night ! However Fernando who was one of the waiters was a stand out - checked in with customers and was as very attentive ! He's a stellar employee that the JW should be proud of !

The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome enough to have a drink at your leisure while kicking back in the comfortable chairs. With live music in the background, this was the perfect place to recap our fun day and watch other guests come and go. Smiles were abundant and laughter was in the air. Even though we visited in May, the Texas heat did not discourage us from sitting in front of the fire place and decompress. We did manage to have dinner here one night and the sushi was delicious to start. With our main entrees of the Karaage Fried Chicken & the Pork Belly bowl not only hit the spot, but after a fun day floating down the lazy river, it was the right combination to end our night. That is of course, after the special brownie surprise dessert.

Both were very good. The avocado toast had a distinct lemon taste to it. The berry and goat cheese were excellent. The goat cheese, and the sweet berries made a great combination. For our main meals, we shared the eggs Benedict Trio, the Chilaquiles, the berry lemon croffle, and the banana foster French toast. The eggs Benedict Trio comes with a choice of three eggs Benedict from their menu. We had the original with Canadian bacon, the green chili pulled pork and the crabcake. Everyone loved the green chili pulled pork. The Chilaquiles came with your choice of red or green salsa. I chose the green one. It was a little spicy. It came with two eggs. I thought that it was missing some cheese. It could've also used a little bit more salsa. The banana foster French toast was to die for. Very good and definitely tastes like banana foster. The croffle was a great addition to our meal. We thought it was very good. Half of us had never had a croffle and now we are in love with them. They did give us a free desserts as we were celebrating my friend's birthday. For drinks I had the elderflower spritz. It's a little on the sweet side for me. The sangria was perfect. My friends had the bloody Mary and they liked them. They have inside and outside seating. They do take reservations. There's parking on site, but shared with the other businesses. The Waitress very nice. She was working the inside and the outside, But we never had an issue getting her attention or with any of our requests

When we were checking out different suppliers for catering drinks at her wedding, we found out several things. Those included limited selection of companies in the area, prices ranging from low to exorbitant, and much difference in how those different companies interacted with us and our questions. Bourbon and Branch was the hands down winner. They were not the cheapest, but they were very willing to work with us. On the day of the wedding, they came early for set up. They interacted with all of the wedding party and gave everyone a "warm fuzzy feeling" which put the moms at ease. The actual bartender was a hit. She was funny, efficient, friendly, and kept the drinks flowing smoothly. Will I return? I don't have any more kids to marry off but based on my experience with them, I will definitely try their bar. If you have a wedding planned and are in need of bartender services, I recommend you give this business an opportunity for your most important date.

The service is good, but not great. Our server last night held true to that. I can't put my finger on it, he checked on us some, but not quite enough. We actually asked a different server for our check because it had been awhile since we'd seen our server. The atmosphere is my biggest gripe. My opinion is that it is a large, cold space with no distinguishing characteristics. It does have many large tables, which often draws large groups. This is great because they can accommodate, but conversely it can get quite loud. Bottom line is that I highly recommend Tu Asador. The food keeps us coming back for more!!!

However, I was shocked and unpleasantly, surprised by the condition of the men's restroom. Unknown to me the toilet seat is broken, and when I went to sit down to use the men's restroom, the seat slid from under my thighs and pinched my inner thigh and scrotum sack. To say that it was extremely painful would be an understatement anyone who has ever had their skin pinched off by a door or any other mechanical mechanism would know that it is an unpleasant experience. My waitress as well as the kitchen manager made efforts to contact management to rectify this situation since the bathroom was in this dangerous condition however, the kitchen manager said that the owner and General Manager did not answer his phone calls. For the side of town, where this restaurant is located was extremely shocked to find the only toilet in the men's restroom to be malfunctioning in this dangerous fashion. Food was great, but due to my personal injury, I must say that the whole experience was ruined by the condition of the men's restroom, which is still in that condition at time of this writing. I hope that I will hear back from Management in reference to this and unpleasant experience.

I will say the GPS got a little confused in the route for some reason and I nearly missed an exit and even the entrance (there was some construction going on) There is plenty of parking, but the parking lot was pretty full. You walk up and either walk through the courtyard style Biergarten with tables or you can go inside. It was an unseasonably nice day, so, we opted to sit outside There is a QR code to view the menus. There are entrees and plenty of apps/sharables. There is also a very extensive beer menu. Make no mistake, this is their bread and butter. They boast an imprecise "99 beers on tap." There's local brews, light and dark beers, hoppy, Belgium style, German style, wheat, etc etc etc. if that's not your speed there are cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Our server was fantastic.
