I just got off the phone with the owner of the company and it was the worst customer service I have ever received. They were scheduled to come out today to fix something. Nobody showed up so I called him and he was so extremely rude over the phone. I will never be using their service again and will be telling everyone that I know to never use them. When a customer asks you a valid question and you laugh in their face it's not very good customer service. I would like to give them zero stars. But it won't let me so I'm giving them 1 star. read more

I would never hire this company again..... for anything. The job they did continues to bother us as we continue to discover new problems and things that were not done right. We paid too much money to be this disappointed, and the guy in charge was too combative to deal with after he had our money. It was too late to fix most of the problems at that point, and the owner had too big of an ego to see our point of view. The tone of his voice, and the way he treated us.. .. We got a few issues resolved but then decided to cut the string because it was too uncomfortable to deal with him anymore. Of course, it would have helped to have someone who spoke English on-site while the work was being done. We could not communicate with the workers, and the company owner kept saying to just call him. While my jobs to this point have been weed maintenance, it's been so effective without requiring constant care and attention. His guys are professional, efficient, effective, and courteous. We hired Riverview for basic property maintenance of grass, bushes, and trees. For monthly service the fee was $75. We ran into repetitive issues where the crew would miss items and have to come back out to correct it. After their last visit they trimmed the grass and blew out the yard but didn't trim the bushes or the trees. The team at Riverview was always responsive and would come out promptly to repair items they missed or damaged but with the frequency that these events occurred, we opted for a new landscape maintenance company. read more

The next time they came around, his crew broke our hose. It was a difficult experience. However, he had someone come same-day to fix our window free of charge. Fount these guys through yelp just looking for landscape and they were the one who didn't have a bunch of forms and would discuss rates, and my yard was a disaster. With in 6 weeks they had the lawn looking fantastic and all the green cane back. The other day my garbage disposal decided to die, and I remember these guys mentioned they do plumbing, I've worked with plenty of plumber is here that early, these guys just don't get beat, simple affordable pricing, and really well done work.
