Cancel altogether if you are discontent. Plenty of other fish in the sea.

The main selling point for us was the Kids Club, very convenient hours to bring our toddler while we work out! The ladies locker room is nice and clean from what I've seen. Some gym equipment is a bit old, doesn't work as smooth (referring specifically to Glute Machine- donkey kicks lol) But looks like this gym is going to be getting a huge upgrade since as of yesterday, it is under new ownership! As soon as we walked in yesterday, we were promptly greeted by the new team, they were very friendly and informative and happily asked for feedback! They seem like they love what they do and represent the gym very well! I already love this gym, but if they had the tanning and a pool, it would be PERFECT! It would also be nice if they had water bottle friendly refill stations. I've uploaded some photos of what the gym currently looks like, it's not bad but I am excited to see what upgrades they give us ! Yayyyyy!

The staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, she kept repeating "policy" without offering any real explanation or solution. To make matters worse, the location itself feels very dangerous, which only adds to the frustration of dealing with this gym. Overall, this Planet Fitness shows poor management, poor communication, and a complete lack of respect for customers. you you. The Y's satellite location in the Bi-Lo shopping center is convenient and better than most think…read more Though it looks small and less than appealing to most, the satellite Y has everything you need for a good workout. The main room houses enough free weights to accomplish just about everything except Olympic lifts. There is also a good variety of machines to use. The satellite also houses a studio that is used for a variety of aerobics and strengthening classes. The cardio room has over ten treadmills and a variety of cross-trainers and step machines with three large TVs to watch while working out. There are even locker rooms and a daycare here. The locker rooms are just lockers and restrooms (unless you count the sad sauna box...boo!) Overall, the Y on Heckle is a smaller version of almost every other Y. It's old looking, but gets the job done. If you're in a hurry, or don't care about all the bells and whistles, the Y's satellite on heckle is a good gym.
