The main selling point for us was the Kids Club, very convenient hours to bring our toddler while we work out! The ladies locker room is nice and clean from what I've seen. Some gym equipment is a bit old, doesn't work as smooth (referring specifically to Glute Machine- donkey kicks lol) But looks like this gym is going to be getting a huge upgrade since as of yesterday, it is under new ownership! As soon as we walked in yesterday, we were promptly greeted by the new team, they were very friendly and informative and happily asked for feedback! They seem like they love what they do and represent the gym very well! I already love this gym, but if they had the tanning and a pool, it would be PERFECT! It would also be nice if they had water bottle friendly refill stations. I've uploaded some photos of what the gym currently looks like, it's not bad but I am excited to see what upgrades they give us ! Yayyyyy!

However, what kept my membership afloat was the facility's cleanliness and the friendly staff. This was very important at the height of Covid. While Covid cases have decreased, Planet Fitness has continued to maintain a clean and safe facility for its patrons. I also worked with one of their trainers to design my own program. The trainer listened to my goals and helped me create a workout routine that works as long as I remain consistent.

The staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, she kept repeating "policy" without offering any real explanation or solution. To make matters worse, the location itself feels very dangerous, which only adds to the frustration of dealing with this gym. Overall, this Planet Fitness shows poor management, poor communication, and a complete lack of respect for customers. you you. Many have already left, and many of the remaining members are looking elsewhere as the conditions worsen at the gym daily it seems. The gym is always clean and it's such a positive atmosphere when you arrive. There's people who are all different athletic abilities and the coaches push everyone to do their personal best. Each day is different, so you can never get bored. Classes contain weights and cardio. I've noticed in my endurance and overall athletic ability. The first class is free so there's no excuse!
