The customer service was fantastic, especially given the circumstances of them closing in 20 minutes, and for such a short time for interaction, they should leave a good impression. I really wish I would've asked for their names individually so I can properly show them some gratitude, but hopefully a yelp review and a Google review with five stars oughta have the same effect. Overall service is soo fast -- I got there at around noon on a Wednesday and there were only a few people in front of me and probably in 5-10 minutes they had me pull up, and then in another 15 minutes the appointment was complete. Dropped by to get gas but first I wanted to buy a drink I was so thirsty. So I grab a pellegrino and I realized I couldn't find my card. I went through my front seats and noticed my card had fallen through that space between the seat and console. I took no longer than a minute. I come back and "bob" is all flustered and clearly annoyed. He tells me "most people dole take five minutes to look for their card" .. what kind of service is this?
