DON'T TAKE DELIVERY OF YOUR TESLA ALL have panel alignment issues especially the model Y's. They will provide you with false promises they will fix them if you take delivery. Eventually the service center will just tell you it's 'with in spec'. Now i'm stuck with a car with defects. Not to mention I waited 1 year for my order the following month after taking delivery they start offering $7,500 discounts + 10,000 miles free super charging. I called to see if they would honor it considering my situation and they didn't. I've never been so disappointed owning a new car. I regret having a Tesla. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Other dealerships invited me to come in first or call (despite me stating only wanting to discuss over email) or matched my offer but Adam (Sales Consultant) and Willie (Sales Manager) even gave me a better offer by email! I offered to submit a deposit to secure the car but was declined contingent on initiating my finance documents. I showed up to the dealership and met Adam and this man had really positive energy. He was very friendly yet professional. Did a quick test drive and did the usual motions in terms of disclosures and talking about packages which he didn't pressure me to feel uncomfortable but gave me enough information I inquired about. I had a new finance manager assisting me with the paperwork and there were a few hiccups - nothing major and Steve, the Finance Director, left a really good impression with being personable communicating with me and calmly assisting the finance manager assisting me. I didn't feel the same friendly energy with her compared to Adam and Steve but she was professional nonetheless. It definitely felt like the smoothest car purchase I've had and definitely won't hold a grudge for not having free car mats! Haha Prior to seeing finance, I had spoken with Adam to see if they can work with me with my old car and the CarMax appraisal I had. While I was working with Finance, Matt (Used Car Manager) gave me a lower offer than I asked for but better than the CarMax appraisal I provided. They were inspecting my car beforehand and Matt worked through my sale quickly although a minor clarification was needed by email the following day. I got more than I wanted and was saved from another ride before heading to work. The transaction felt longer than I expected yet shorter than my previous purchases. Working with Anderson Honda over this long weekend definitely was the best car buying (and selling) experience I've ever had!

Tesla - Same damaged area from another angle. The service manager didn't even inspect it - just said "it's 3 years old".

It's a small center but the service staff are really on top of things. I didn't get the name of the person who greeted me but they are very knowledgeable , provided protection for my car seat and steering wheel right away and , they did all of this with a great attitude, which is a big contrast to other service centers that I've been to. I also needed a loaner and they helped me out with one. Shout-out to Sabrina! She's incredibly kind. The repair was done faster than their eta and just all around a great experience! This will be my preferred service center going forward!

I drove off and immediately noticed the exact same issue and identical service alert. When I returned, I was quickly dismissed and told to "run manual mode instead of auto," which was both unhelpful and unacceptable. After leaving a poor service review, Tesla contacted me and brought the car back in. They then recommended an AC recovery/recharge, desiccant replacement, and additional diagnostic charges--another ~$750. This should have been diagnosed correctly the first time rather than stacking guesswork repairs on my bill. A week later, I was told the AC was still failing and that I now needed super manifold work, bottle refill, and a temperature sensor--raising the estimate to over $1,500, bringing my total AC bill to ~$2,500. When I asked why these weren't addressed originally, I was told "there was no way to know" without doing the earlier repairs--essentially admitting the first round of work was unnecessary. I paid out of pocket, took the car home, and 45 minutes later the AC cut out again. No alert this time, but the issue persists. One month later, I still have intermittent AC, the auto mode doesn't work, and toggling AC off and on in manual mode every 10 mines repeatedly is the only way to get any cooling. Even worse, the rear vent blows hot air-- potentially life threatening with my infant sitting in the rear during the summer months. Literally camp and dog mode doesn't not work. I've spent $2,500 and countless hours for no resolution, and Tesla's diagnosis has been inconsistent at best and dismissive at worst. I genuinely enjoy my Tesla, but this service experience has been outrageous and has completely undermined my confidence in purchasing a model X. At this point, I wish I could undo the entire process. I left with the same problem I came in with--just $2500 down the drain, a whole bunch of frustration and waste of time.

While I want to recognize Elmer, Erick, Ruben, Eric and Sadaf for being kind, sincere, and professional, my experience with the dealership's management was the complete opposite. The GM Shelly and GSM Lisa are thieves who refuse to take accountability for their mistakes that involuntarily cost you financial burden. When i pitched that both Toyota/myself should equally be responsible for the involuntary negative equity they put me in, Lisa fooled me for a second - told me that she understood where I was coming from viewing the entire situation only to present new manipulated numbers. When I questioned about allegedly meeting me halfway for errors they created from the start for not honoring their original agreement Lisa became overwhelming hostile. They did in fact "go halves on the negative equity" they caused me to carry, but then lowered my trade in offer & went and doubled my car price difference to make up for the negative equity to falsify the appearance of 50/50. It's all a manipulation, since they know you don't buy cars everyday, they know how to scam and steal. Which is exactly what they did to me, can and will do to you next. Mind you this is a woman owned business, knowing that women usually get taken advantage of, anyways, this is exactly what they dedicate themselves to do. Buyer beware, I can't recommend staying away from this shady place enough.

This is the second time I've partnered with Aaron Braverman of Cartelligent. The first was a decade ago and I was surprised that Cartelligent's fee has only increased by $100! For the work they do it's worth every dollar! I was searching for a very popular, hard to find 2026 RAV4 Limited. Dealers around the Bay Area said I would have rto put $1000 down and wait for when the car would come from Japan (Toyota's Kentucky factory is not making RAV4s fast enough) Cartelligent found my exact vehicle in the color I wanted at MSRP in a little over a month! My car was in Hollywood, CA and Cartelligent paid for the car to be put on a flat bed and delivered to Menlo Park with no additional cost to me. Literally one day later the check engine light came right back on. I brought the car back and it just sat there untouched for two days right before the weekend. No loaner car at all. I finally just pulled the car and took it to an independent mechanic. They found the actual root cause and fixed it for $400. The bad diagnosis was unacceptable but the communication was just embarrassing. They originally quoted me one day but kept it for five. I had to constantly chase them down for updates and only got one phone call back the whole time. I even complained to the dealership's General Manager and all I got from the service department after that was a single text message. Just an abysmal way to run a business.
