I wasn't given the cut I wanted so I called this salon right after to see if anyone is available. The receptionist was very, very pleasant and tried to accommodate me the same day, however, the time she had someone available didn't really work so I ended up calling around to a few other salons in the area with no luck. I called V salon back and told her I had called about 20 minutes ago and asked about next day availabilities. She had a 3 and a 4pm available so I took one of them. Upon entering the salon, I was immediately greeted by the friendly receptionist who then offered me a drink... Water, wine or coffee. I declined politely. I was way too early but Bree came in early as well and got started right away. She was very friendly and very gentle. I haven't met anyone who had done my hair in such a gentle fashion. I was definitely impressed by her demeanor and attitude in relation to her work. She finished my layers and fixed my hair cut and had answered some of my questions about possible colors for the spring/summer. Recently, I came back to have the balayage done and to freshen up my haircut and side fringe. I asked tor Bree again and once again, she did a fantastic job with my hair! It took about 2.5-3 hours but she took her time and I am very happy with the end result. I feel like this is the salon for me! The people are so nice and friendly and the work they do is superb. I highly recommend trying this place out. They also provide other services (nails, facials, etc). The place has always been clean during my visits. I can't wait to return!

The price point is very fair. I enjoy the spa chairs, big tvs to enjoy while waiting, and friendly atmosphere. My sister and I have done a sister spa outing here, and had a great, relaxing time...and I've also come for some me time! There is an ample parking lot, but shared with a few other businesses which can get busy. They prefer appointments, but I have walked in a time or two as well, and they kindly worked me in with no issue. It's a good option for their services offered, and I keep going back.

Mani and pedi took 3 hours. Mentioned how much they've gone downhill, to a family member, who said that she had the same experience with them taking walk-ins during services. I used to really sing their praises, and I am updating my review to show that this is not what it used to be. The service is actually so terrible that I know several people who think it might be some sort of tax shelter. It especially fun that the owner replies to all bad reviews by saying that they can't find record of the customer's visit. She also asked when the original visits were, but then STATED the time frame that it had been, quite specifically. I don't like businesses that are rude to customers AND lie TO AND ABOUT the customers.
