If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Finally came to an agreement on a 2004 dodge ram 2500 and picked it up Wednesday 7/10. I live in Cambridge, and made it 9.8 miles from the dealership before a death wobble came, and spun me around in the middle of 77 south twice at 70 miles an hour. A brake line blew, along with the steering stabilizer, both sway bar links, control arm, and track bar bushing. This was all within the hour I picked the truck up, stopped to get gas, and headed home. I called Leroy from the stone creek exit, and he asked what I wanted to do, to which i said first step is getting it to my job, where I work as a mechanic, and go from there. He agreed, and covered the cost of the tow. I then checked the vehicle out, and ordered parts, which I replaced later that day (7/11). I offered it to him that I would cover the cost of the labor, if he agreed to pay the cost of parts. I understand I thought the vehicle "AS-IS", and he said it was good to go, but I never made it to my destination. And I almost wrecked, which could have been fatal at highway speed. So here's a little story of what's been happening to us the past couple months we were seeking to get a car that was suitable for our family, reliable and safe. We are looking for a car with a little to no problems. So we tried a new car dealership in town called Rize Auto, who the owner of it is Leroy Hartline. In the beginning, everything seemed fine. We decided that we were gonna get a 2013 Ford focus which we went on a test drive and everything seemed fine with the car as soon as we gave the down payment and did paperwork and started driving the car away. We noticed a jerking sensation whenever you would take off That jerking sensation was definitely the transmission and we told them about this issue so we brought it in their mechanic Ricky test drove it with me and advise me that all these cars do this because they have a gay transmission. That's what the mechanic told me and I asked them. Do you think this car is going to be reliable and safe they told me without a doubt this car should have no issues so we were told to drive it so we do a couple days later. Transmission goes out whenever I'm on the highway. I can't speed up. The gears are all messed up and on top of that. I almost got ran off the road by a semi. I let them know this and it was back in the shop and they provided us with a loaner vehicle, which we drove for a couple days after driving in a couple days, I happened to look under the vehicle and seen that tire threads were showing in the rear tire and then immediately Messaged Leroy a picture of the threads and I asked him what do I do and all he did was read my message did not say anything back by the way that's a common occurrence this whole time with them just reading stuff and not saying anything but anyway we drop that back off Because we were looking at this Volvo that they said was almost done and whenever it was done, we picked it up when we picked it up. Started up just fine. Everything was good. Ran great about 24 hours later started having a hard time starting and throwing random codes. Sometimes it wouldn't even start so I took it back. They claim to have fixed it. Also they put a toggle switch in for my heater, which I don't know how that works or anything. I'm not a mechanic, but they supposedly fix the issue. I pick up the car a week later so after waiting on parts when we pick up the car, it starts fine. Everything's good we go to our thing park it for the night the morning comes. I gotta go to work when I go out to start the car I had a rough time starting so immediately I went ahead and message Leroy and said hey it's still doing it. On the way to work that day The car broke down on the highway. I lost speed whenever I was hitting the accelerator and had to pull off the road I was stranded on a road off the highway. I didn't know where it was, and I advised Leroy that this was happening mind you this was only a couple days after buying the car. and I was broke down on the side of the road and I told Leroy about it and he advised me that I would have to find a tow truck because their tow truck will not haul and all wheel drive vehicle and then limped the vehicle back to my house going to top speed of 15 mph due to the car being in limp mode drop the vehicle off. They told me multiple things were wrong with it after the fact so they had to order some parts couple days later we get the car back and once again it's having starting issues so we tell them and then they had the car for a whole week supposedly waiting on parts and we finally got the car back and they assured me that they started it over 1000 times and it started just fine. I wasn't having any issues at all. Everything was good and installed the new parts that they got everything was good. It started fine for us a couple times but then we went to leave the house to go help some friends and it starts rough so we go over to our friends house to help them out park the car yada yada yada later at night around 8:30 we go to leave and a car don't start at all. Doesn't crank doesn't do anything nothing I took a video of this sent it to Leroy and he doesn't say a word back to me. This place is crooked and is looking to steal your money and for what you get nothing in return these vehicles are junk. This is like an old-school Schook auto. read more

if i could give 0 stars i would.worse place to ever get a car especially if your a female and have little to no knowledge of cars! he is a huge liar and rip off and once you confront them they get mad start threatning you try to kick you out of office or call the police and then block you on facebook where they post under other names on junk cars that shouldnt even be sold.do yourself a favor and go to a real car dealer ship and not this crappy seller,over priced idiot!!!! read more
