Two days later the furnace rattled, whistled and popped. So again our heat had to be turned off. Then the warranty co had these two guys who didn't speak English, did not know where to look for the problem, and promptly said, "no good".I, in frustration went on my FB page, saw Brown's Heating, Cooling and Plumbing and wrote them explaining the situation. That SAME day, I got a response from Doug Brown who put me in touch with Paul Keator, who then came over THAT afternoon, and looked at it and agreed with NJNG....he told us we could have a new furnace in 2 days, which as of today has come true. Their quote and cost was even $1000 less than NJNG's quote. The techs came at 9am this morning, they were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank you to Doug for replying to my cry for help and for Paul and his help, and to the techs who came out today.....you all are great and you deserve an A+ rating.

I decided to give them a call to see if they could come in for an estimate, my phone call was picked up on a Sunday and their employee Rodney came over shortly after and provided a fair estimate. Rodney is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was extremely comfortable with the estimate and his plan for the job. I called Rostron and was advised a technician would be there between 9 and 10 that morning. But, at 8:10 Evan called and said he would there in 10 minutes. He arrived and proceeded to diagnose the problem with our older system. He spent some time working all aspects of the unit and discovered the problem was in the part of the system removing water from the humidifier. He was able to flush it and get us heat in a short amount of time. We were veery pleased with Evan's professionalism and dedication to correcting our problem.
