Our 25-year old HVAC system was hanging on out of sheer loyalty... but the time had come to bite…read morethe bullet and purchase a new central air system. For those of you that have not priced these things out before, quite a bit has changed over time...like the cost! Also, technology has moved on as well, so it's virtually impossible to replace "just the condenser" without all the additional furnace components...they simply won't work together. We called several HVAC contractors...one of them being the large energy company we all know in this area. They came in and did their inspection and were very professional. But their price was 50% higher than the local competition. Yes you read that right!! I wasn't concerned about the "big guys" doing it right, since they are our current utility firm and we have appliance contracts through them. But in light of these tough economic times, I really wanted to give it to a small business. I just wasn't sure how well they would stand behind their work and whether they would do it right the first time. I did research and found two other options. The one that really stood out was AAA Comfort Air in Cream Ridge, NJ. They had over 95 five-star reviews, and although anyone can fake a review, I still felt compelled to do my due diligence. I set an appointment for Emil (the owner) to come in and assess the situation. He was professional, took his shoes off before entering (not at our request), and clearly laid out what was needed and NOT what was most expensive. As a matter of fact, he recommended options that were less expensive vs. those that would simply feed his wallet without added benefit to us. His demeanor was polite, knowledgeable, and he took the time (over 1-hour) to really explain everything without pushing for the sale. Additionally, there are some unique challenges in our home that require minimal dust due to some family health issues and he offered to put up plastic to separate the rooms to ensure a clean work environment. Well, much to my surprise, Emil, came back with an estimate that was truly outstanding vs. simply "competitive". Likewise, his firm provides a 3-year parts and labor warranty (not an option...he just provides it) along with the condenser manufacturer's 10-year. The others only offered 1-year.... that in of itself really resonated with me! We decided to move forward, and I have to say, we made the right decision. Emil and his team were outstanding. They arrived on time, ready to go, and their work was outstanding. Everything was done in one day, with a clean install and a fully working system. Look, HVAC replacement won't make your home look nicer, but it surely is important. No one wants to spend that kind of money unless they have to. Emil and his team were not only very competitive, but they delivered on their promises and were very customer focused. If you are seriously considering a project like this, you need to consider AAA Comfort air. They deliver on their promises and care about their customers. They go above and beyond and deliver with an eye towards balancing price with efficiency. We highly recommend them and you should absolutely include them in your decision-making process. They truly are "AAA".

On Dec 28th, my landlord/roommate's furnace was looked at by NJNG, she had her yearly maintenance…read morescheduled with them, and the tech told her that her furnace(we live in a mobile home...) was dangerous as the heater exchange was cracked, and he redflagged it..so we were without heat. My landlord decided to contact her warranty company, they sent out the most obnoxious guy who said NJNG did not know what they were talking about and he claimed he fixed it. Two days later the furnace rattled, whistled and popped. So again our heat had to be turned off. Then the warranty co had these two guys who didn't speak English, did not know where to look for the problem, and promptly said, "no good".I, in frustration went on my FB page, saw Brown's Heating, Cooling and Plumbing and wrote them explaining the situation. That SAME day, I got a response from Doug Brown who put me in touch with Paul Keator, who then came over THAT afternoon, and looked at it and agreed with NJNG....he told us we could have a new furnace in 2 days, which as of today has come true. Their quote and cost was even $1000 less than NJNG's quote. The techs came at 9am this morning, they were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank you to Doug for replying to my cry for help and for Paul and his help, and to the techs who came out today.....you all are great and you deserve an A+ rating.

I've been using these folks for 12+ years and as usual they came thru for me as they always have in…read morethe past. My central air stopped working at 3am this morning and like everyone else I said to myself, "Oh no, not in the middle of July"! I called All Phase at 8am and they dispatched a tech to my home within 6 hours which given the workload that all HVAC contractors have this time of year was very quick service. The tech arrived early, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and dove right into the repair and within less than 2 hours the problem was diagnosed, fixed correctly and the tech himself was very polite and made sure the work area was completely clean and left no debris, an excellent piece of work. Quite honestly even if another contractor offered to do it for free I'd still rather have All Phase Heating and Cooling do the work. There work is simply excellent and they stand behind there work and their prices are reasonable given what their competitors charge. As a matter of fact when they installed my central air conditioning unit their price was about $2,000 less than the big name HVAC contractors that everyone is familiar with due to their large amount of money they spend on advertising. All Phase is by far a much better choice given how expensive HAVC work can be. Try them you won't be disappointed. That's the truth!

They said someone would call me in the morning. The next morning I got a call at 08:00AM. All Phase said a service tech would be there at 11:00. 10:45AM the truck is out side. The tech took a look, told me I needed a condenser and installed in in 15 minutes. As a bonus, he told me my coils were dirty and showed me how to clean them by cleaning them. By 11:20 my A/C was running. I could not have had a better experience and I highly recommend All Phase.
