But clients should be aware that by going to your house you are missing on the improved quality that a proper shop environment would provide (improved tools, paint job and more materials), and this is not well communicated by Fender Menders. After the service, I called mentioning that it wasn't looking finished yet, I was told that I should, myself, wait for 3 weeks then wet sand the area then wax it. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. I hope the service improves with this feedback.

Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days. Setup an appointment two days out. A little hard to find but not crazy. Arrived at Final Touch at the prescribed time and walked into a beautiful lounge area. I was blown away. I was met by an extremely friendly young lady and service manager. I handed my key fob and they immediately got onto the hitch installation. 30 minutes later they were done. I didn't need wiring as this will only be used for a e-bike rack. The value of their service was outstanding and very cost effective. I was quoted over $300 for this installation from Campworld. This cost me $60 not $300. The job, which I was quoted book 3 hours ended up being 30 min. I did the research and found the installation only takes 30 min or less without wiring. Final Touch gets my full recommendation for their professionalism, value, friendly personnel and their outstanding lounge area.
