There is a lot to be said for smaller businesses providing superior and personal customer service…read more At the mall eyecare centers, if your insurance has any problems, its up to you to sort it most of the time. they are too busy to try and fix a small problem with one customer. southtown called me a day before my appointment, saying that they ran into a problem and i had to fix it myself according to insurance ( a new policy). I received a call a short while later from the receptionist saying she complained on my behalf and her persistence paid off - insurance gave in and let them handle it rather than me. bigger places wouldn't care enough to do that. thanks southtown!
