On 3/28 I had a blocked sump pump discharge line and was using a utility pump to pump the pump pit out the basement window. I called Kevin on 3/28 and he told me he would be at my house between 1 and 3 the next afternoon. He called at 12:30 and said he would at my house in fifteen minutes. Kevin knew exactly what was wrong, and told me what to do. He said if I was to do the work it there was no charge, but if he had to put his tool belt on he would charge. I did what he told me as he watched over me and also helped. Kevin did not charge me, but I wanted to give him some money for gas. If it wasn't for Kevin I probably would of had a foot of water in my basement during the 3/31 storms. The next time I need plumbing work done, Kevin is my go to plumber. read more

He's probably the most honest and helpful person I have ever hired for a job. He didn't try to up sell me and explained in full detailed every part of the job he was doing and answered even a few questions about other issues I had not related to the job. We had a leaking faucet in our tub, not even five years after we completely redid the bathroom. We also had no plumber, we've never really needed one in Frankfort. I went on Yelp and found this establishment. They were just what you wanted; they replied quickly, came exactly at the promised time, fixed everything, cleaned up, explained it all to me and left. We are not only drip free but he blew out the line so the water is running like never before. That was a great gesture and shows that he understands the awful water we have. When my water heater sprang a leak last week, disappointment set in as I contemplated the inconvenience of having to endure several days of cold showers until the cylindrical beast could be replaced. A few months ago we called Kevin Rebouche when our water heater broke, and he came within two hours (and we don't live close by). He replaced the water heater and did an excellent job. We just called again because our kitchen faucet was leaking, he came again immediately, and upon inspecting the faucet he informed us that since we had a Moen faucet and they come with a lifetime warranty we could get it replaced for free. We had to have a plumber come out to replace the silcock (faucet) in the back of the house due to a steady drip. I called early this morning (Thursday) and explained the issue to Kevin and he said that he was booked for Friday, but this afternoon was open if that would work for my schedule. Once he arrived he was knowledgable and really nice. Not only did he fix the issue, but solved it in such a way that he said I'd be able to take care if this issue ever came up again in the future! I called Specialty Plumbing for a leak in my bathroom that was going down to my first floor. Tile had to be ripped out and the plumber, Kevin, told me he was not sure if the part needed to be replaced or not so I decided to just order a new part so the tile could be ripped out and the faucet fixed all in the same day. My brother came over later that day and ended up fixing the problem without the new faucet. I called Kevin back to see how much I owed him and he said, "Nothing." I am so used to dishonest plumbers that I would recommend this company because they are nice and honest. He was at my home for at least an hour helping me order a new faucet, etc. Kevin was highly recommended and although I did not use him to fix the problem I know he is honest and will recommend him and use him next time I need a plumber. read more
